First of all, I want to say "sorry" to all my readers. I did write a notice to explain why the novel is on hiatus, but I forgot to post it.
I moved to another town where I found a new job, and I didn't have the time to write. Second, I started writing without having an ending in mind, and with the slow pacing of Togashi (the author of Hiatus x Hiatus), I didn't want to write something just for it to become irrelevant. The ending I thought of writing was kind of "meh."
Third, I had other stories to write, which I personally liked more. So every time I thought of continuing this story, I kind of went astray and began writing other things, which I won't post for now until I've prepared at least a preconceived ending.
And lastly, it was financial. For me, writing is just a hobby — I don't earn any money from it (Webnovel kind of sucks) — and with the debt I collected (I bought a house), I found myself working nonstop.
So, all in all, I will try to continue this story, but it will take time. There's more hope of me starting a new novel than finishing this one. I promise to try to finish it before 2027, haha. So again, sorry to all my readers — I know you deserve better, and I'll try to finish it soon enough.
