"Jin Ao, you go ahead, I'm a bit tired and want to return to my room to rest," Bai Yan said.
Bai Yan suddenly mentioned feeling seasick, and Jin Ao was about to go to the first floor to get her some seasickness medicine. Bai Yan then suggested following him along; it would be a good chance to get some fresh air.
But just as she reached the corner, she changed her mind.
"Then let me take you back first," Jin Ao said with concern.
"It's not far, I can go back myself," Bai Yan waved her hand dismissively.
Still, Jin Ao watched her until she reached her door. Only after Bai Yan waved to signal that she was fine did he feel reassured enough to head towards the elevator.
Bai Yan removed her hand from the fingerprint scanner on the door handle but didn't enter the room. Instead, she turned and went in the opposite direction of Jin Ao.
