Julien lifted his head, meeting a pair of golden eyes.
Then, he lowered his gaze, noticing a golden card.
There was no need for any explanation as to what it was. Everyone was already well aware of the meaning of the golden card, or at least everyone among the young Omegas.
And Julien in particular. He had fought hard to win this card two months prior. There was no way he could have forgotten it so quickly.
There was just one question on his mind: 'Why me?' Sure, he hadn't exactly been friendly towards Felix… Quite the opposite, he had probably been one of the people who detested the Omega and his whole existence the most. He desired the spot by Kade's side a lot, after all. Probably even 'a little' too much.
