Chapter 292 - In The Meantime

Wilder left the very next day, right after lunch, which he had eaten alone. Or at least without Felix or Vivi, whether anyone else had joined him for a meal, Felix didn't know. All that he cared about was that his father was finally stuffed into the van with the covered-up back windows (well, maybe not STUFFED. He got in on his own, without even being rushed, since the Bloodmoon Pack still insisted on treating him with respect deserving the father of their potential future Luna, but that was a tiny detail that could be ignored), and driven away. Without any further accidents, and without any opportunities to mess with Felix. Aside from the almost theatrically sad goodbye he had given the Omega, but it was alright. It didn't bother Felix all that much, since it was GOODBYE, and that meant that he wouldn't have to see his father again anytime soon. The happiness coming from it overshadowed any displeasure that Wilder's existence otherwise would have caused.
