Although Felix was still not happy about it, they went to the guest house with Vivi. As much as he hated anyone saying that there was no point in trying to escape the inevitable… There really was no point in trying to escape this now. It was just a meeting, after all…
He even allowed Kade to be the one to carry Vivi. It was all about making a statement. Reminding Wilder that Vivi was not only Felix's pup, but also Kade's. And, while in private he would still insist that Kade WASN'T her father, biological or not, at least it sounded better than Wilder referring to the pup as his granddaughter, even though the latter was actually factually correct.
Wilder was already in the guest house's dining room by the time they arrived, sitting on one of the chairs. The moment he noticed the little bundle in Kade's arms, though, he immediately stood up.
