Chapter 253 - Chapter 253: You’ve Never Seen My Heyday!

Boom!

The wind and clouds churned violently as two enormous Susanoo appeared in the sky under everyone's shocked gaze.

Sasuke's Susanoo at its tallest only reached a little over 100 meters, with a maximum height of 110 meters, while Madara's in his Impure World Reincarnation form stood at 130 meters.

The two Susanoo that had just appeared now were over a kilometer tall, already on par with the True Several Thousand Hands Buddha.

"The gap is too big…" Sasuke muttered to himself, clenching his fists in frustration.

But Madara's eyes burned with enthusiasm, his fighting spirit surging.

This was the difference between two generations of Indra's reincarnations. Although both sought strength, Sasuke was more rational and less aggressive, while Madara was the opposite, sharp and confrontational.

However, he was also easily consumed by his desire to fight.

Especially now, after his dream of using Infinite Tsukuyomi to bring permanent peace to the ninja world had been shattered, he would rather fight an intense battle and die in combat to at least wash away some of the stains on his life.

That would be better than being irritated to death by Tobirama's sharp tongue.

Just as Madara thought this, Tobirama's venomous mouth struck again.

"Tsk, this is the true power of the universe. Madara, is the Susanoo you're using a newborn baby?"

"Don't call it Susanoo anymore, just call it Susanoo baby."

That single sentence not only struck Madara, but also hit Sasuke and Shisui, and even Hikari and Izumi's expressions darkened.

Tobirama realized he had accidentally wounded his allies, so he simply snorted at Madara and stopped talking.

In the sky, as the thousand-meter-tall constructs finished forming, new changes occurred. Blue-green Chakra flames covered their bodies, and their noses and eyes began to glow.

Ōtsutsuki Hamura infused the Susanoo with the power of his Tenseigan, making it even more formidable.

Yami was not to be outdone and mirrored the move.

Both sides drew their swords, sword energy sweeping out in all directions. The two giants clashed continuously, and the battle's power reached a new peak.

Those who had just awakened from Infinite Tsukuyomi were in shock.

If they had known the outside world was this dangerous, they would rather have stayed in their dream until they died.

What in the world was this?

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Each sword clash sent rolling shockwaves across the land. The Sage of Six Paths' Susanoo was forced back hundreds of kilometers, retreating from the coastline to deep within the continent in the blink of an eye.

Hagoromo and Hamura's expressions both froze in disbelief.

What was going on?!

One of them had been given the natural energy of a thousand-year-old toad, and the other had drained the pupil power of a giant Tenseigan. Combined, their strength still could not match Yami?

What had this monster eaten to grow up like this?

Yami gave them no chance to recover and ignored the system prompt ringing in his mind. He poured more pupil power into his Susanoo, increasing its size by several hundred meters.

How could a father be distracted while disciplining his sons?

Be strong. Be relentless.

The roar of wind and thunder was constant. Every time Susanoo flapped its wings, it unleashed a Wind Release jutsu on par with those cast by a Six Paths-level shinobi.

"I told you not to listen!"

Clang!

Yami used the hundreds-of-meters-long sword like a club, smashing it into Hagoromo's Susanoo and forcing a chase.

Below them was the Valley of the End. The giant statues that had stood for decades were reduced to rubble, and the valley itself had expanded several times over.

The brothers retaliated together. Two more arms sprouted from their Susanoo's waist, gripping Yami's Susanoo tightly and stabbing their sword toward his head.

"What a mess!"

Clang!

Sparks erupted.

A massive Wood Release construct suddenly appeared before Yami, blocking the sword. Sparks flew violently, but the defense was unbroken.

With a powerful step, the feathered Susanoo was almost buried into the ground, sending countless cracks racing outward.

Yami turned and shot into the sky, sheathing his sword.

Susanoo raised both hands toward the heavens. In an instant, thousands of lightning bolts were drawn down, condensing into streams of plasma before solidifying into a thunder spear.

Boom!

The first spear fired, piercing Hagoromo's Susanoo in the abdomen and nailing it back into the ground.

Then came the second, third, and fourth.

Four thunder spears in total pinned the Susanoo's limbs.

The Sage of Six Paths had wanted to cancel the jutsu and escape, but the lightning not only had a powerful paralyzing effect, it also restricted the flow of their Chakra.

For a moment, the brothers could only watch as Yami raised his sword again.

"Hagoromo, Hamura, this world belongs to me now, and I will decide its future.

You have never seen my heyday, so do not be foolish.

You do not need to worry about anything else. Just remember to listen to your mother… and also your father in the future."

Under the dark expressions of the Sage of Six Paths and Hamura, Yami finished his lecture. A massive sword slash fell, followed by a blinding light that shot into the sky, turning night into day.

The feathered Susanoo was split almost completely down the middle, yet the power, greater than that of a god, deliberately avoided harming the brothers themselves.

The two, having narrowly escaped, remained silent and did not continue fighting.

Yami had already shown them mercy. It would be rude to keep pushing.

"I lost…"

The Sage of Six Paths muttered, struggling to accept the outcome.

He and Hamura together had once sealed their mother. They were even stronger now, yet they had lost to a man in his early twenties…

Hamura, however, felt relieved.

"That is fine. With you here, I believe we can keep Mother in check without sealing her away inside that dark star core."

Unlike Hagoromo, who only thought of the ninja world, Hamura's bond and feelings for Kaguya were deeper, so this outcome made him happy.

"Alright, enough sighing, both of you."

Yami waved his hand. "A loss is a loss. I just want you to accept it and not do anything behind my back.

Go on, and remember to visit my home to see your mother sometime."
