There were quite a few such beings, who ruled over entire dimensions, and existed as beings who possessed all the powers that dimension had to offer.
Now, it may not exactly be the same, heck, not even remotely same, but the Quantum realm, it is indeed a form of Dimension.
A Dimension without a ruler.
Which meant, I did not need to replace anyone to become its ruler.
I just needed to calculate and find a way of how to become the 'Dimensional Demon God' of Quantum realm.
