After a moment, they stopped. Slowly, his hand released hers and his other hand guided her waist forward.
"Walk slowly. Good," he praised.
She could feel the man now guiding her from behind as they walked, slowly.
"Stop. Stay still," he commanded.
The woman he called Lyria could feel a strong gust of wind blowing against her body and face.
Then the man released her hand and took off her blindfold.
She squinted hard as the sudden bright light assaulted her eyes.
After slowly blinking, she finally saw a serene city view in front of her. It was on a mountain slope and looked small from her high vantage point.
She realized she was standing on a high cliff and began to feel dizzy from the height.
"Argh…" She gasped as her legs went weak and trembling.
"Don't worry, I got you." He held her waist tightly from behind. She could feel his warm breath against her neck.
He then rested his jaw on her shoulder.
