Erebus stared at the vast group of gods and goddesses. Even Erebus, the darkness itself, did not know when he had last seen so many holy beings together.
"Are you going to start telling me, brother?" Chronos suddenly asked. Even if they were not brothers, the long time together had increased their respect for each other.
As Chronos asked his question, he turned to Nyx and asked, "Did you manage to contact Chaos?"
Nyx shook her head and replied, "He says we should just watch."
With that, Erebus signalled for both of them to shut up, and then, looking at the huge group of gods and goddesses, began to speak:
"Before everything, there was nothing. And when there was nothing, there was Chaos. No gender, no form, no expectations or anything else. Just Chaos."
"Over a long period, Chaos realised that he wanted a family. That's why he realised he had to create something with his infinite power."
