Beginning of Events:
Heman walks into the royal library, opens an old book titled Mink Jarles, and says:
Heman: "So… this is the book."
He opens the attached notebook and begins reading:
> "Hello, my brother. I know you'll read these words, and I ask you to focus deeply to understand everything…
> First, how am I your brother?
> When I was young, I was born into our family. Our father was the same. But when they discovered him, they tried to kill him. He fled and left me behind.
> They beat me, killed my mother, and I was left alone.
> I struggled to reach my goal, and I did.
> But when I arrived, I learned that our father was in Tankah, married, and had a child.
> So I sent an army to remind him of what he did."
Heman (weeping): "Oh my God…"
> "I'm the one who killed your brother. I'm sorry for what I did. I know I was wrong, but please don't be angry.
> I just wanted to show you the truth.
> You may wonder how I became a leader or president?
> I claimed to be his son and secretly worked with the high government of the Santer Empire.
> They approved my appointment, but now I'm under special surveillance. Everything in Santer is monitored.
> I can't give you everything, but please focus…
> This is a secret no one in the world knows."
Then Heman finds a coded paper that reads:

Heman: "What a touching story… but I must solve these codes. Maybe I need an expert."
He remembers the final page in the notebook and reads:
> "Keep it secret."
Heman: "There's something I need to understand… these codes contain words from multiple languages. Maybe English, maybe others from the empires. I need to summon all languages."
He calls his deputy:
Heman: "Sarter!"
Sarter: "Yes, sir?"
Heman: "Bring me a book that contains all the world's languages."
Sarter: "Right away, sir. But why?"
Heman: "Just bring it. No questions."
Sarter: "Understood, sir."
Heman (whispering to himself): "This secret might be dangerous… I can't ignore it."

In the Roman Empire:
President Simons Hugh announces:
> "In the year 1935, the Roman Empire is the safest, most affordable, and richest in the world. We hope it stays that way forever."
A meeting takes place between the Roman Foreign Minister and the Foreign Minister of NeoTokyo in the capital Sashara:
Arimus Alexander (Roman FM): "We urge cooperation and will strive to build strong, historic relations and joint defense operations."
Sishi Akira: "We also support this. It marks a new era of cooperation between two of the world's most secure nations."
The meeting ends, and the Roman President returns to the capital Rome – Salta.
The President of NeoTokyo meets with the Foreign Minister to establish a Roman embassy in their capital. The proposal is approved to strengthen foreign and security cooperation.

> "A new global alliance meeting will be held tomorrow, including the following empires:
1. The Grand Empire of Santer
2. The Grand Empire of Sharqah
3. The Grand Empire of NeoTokyo
4. The Grand Empire of Rome"
The Marwiyah Empire is not listed, as it is considered new and weak. It will be reviewed later to determine its rights.
The organization also announces:

Sharqah (Heman): "We approve the decision."
Protests erupt, and the high council convenes:
Mens: "This decision doesn't serve our strategic interests."
Marata Lisa: "I agree, Mens. This isn't fun… I'll be sad. Maybe our slaves will leave us! Hahaha."
Saint San: "But what if we benefit from it? Maybe we'll gain many territories."
Saint Seto: "Yes, maybe."
The Supreme World Leader Meto arrives and says:
> "Approve it. It might benefit us soon."
Santer Empire and Mens: "We approve the organization's proposal."
Rome: "We approve the decision."
NeoTokyo: "We approve the decision."
Sharqah: "We approve the decision."
The organization announces:
> "Implementation begins tomorrow. Everyone will be informed when they receive their lands, when operations begin, and when lands are returned to form independent empires."

Heman (shocked):
