Soooo, no chapter for today. Not a good sign T^T
I've been contemplating this for a while and I've made up my mind. I'm officially dropping TS,WC and FaJ. I've just felt extremely burnt out and not in a great state mentally. From not being able to get chapters out on time to feeling tired from writing all together. Of course this is due to other factors happening in my life, but also because of my dissatisfaction with how both stories are going.
I started these stories during middle school and had no idea what I was doing, which left a lot of plot holes that future me had to desperately fill. A lot of things and character's didn't make sense and there was a lot of vagueness in terms of plot. I didn't even know how the story was going to end, which was already a bad sign. Later, after reading through the old chapters in between writing, I felt more and more dissatisfied.
I'm a bit of perfectionist at heart, and honestly, I didn't feel that the way I was writing fit my current writing style, instead trying to match writing styles with my middle school self for the sake of consistency. Over time, I had gotten more dispassionate about the stories I've written. I still love the characters and I would like to rehash the stories entirely in the future if I can. But for now, I want to take a break from writing and get my life sorted out before I sit down in front of computer again.
Thank you for reading my jumbled mess of words on a screen for this long, and thank you to the people to gave me collections and power stones. I truly am grateful that you enjoyed what I was able to put out. Just thank you.
