Dash... This superhero first appeared in the newspaper on May 9, 2002. Debuting at the age of 16 in the realm of pro superheroes and graduating from one of the top 10 academies of superheroes... It was quite a feat for a teenager to achieve.
He was a D-grade (5th class) superhero because of his speed, faster than Mach-4. While he got into the ranking of top 10,000 superheroes in the global ranking with his strength overall at F-grade (7th class).

The standard grade of a super was measured from the seven basic stats: attack, defense, speed, stamina, strength, mind, and mastery (number of super rings). This standard grade got printed on their identification cards too.
But there's ability grading too which represented the strongest ability of a super.
The world didn't know who Dash was. He was just a superhero from the Ateniya Kingdom and wore a blue-white bodysuit and a blue helmet with a black screen.
The Global Superhuman Organisation (GSO) was the only one that had information about this young hero. His current status in the system of GSO was...

The Global Superhuman Organisation was made to protect the world and the Council of Nations. Monitoring supers (citizens who were not in superhero leagues) and superheroes was its main task. But it also defended the world from cosmic threats.
Dash was indeed affiliated with the superhero league of the Ateniya Kingdom. But he got paid and protected by GSO. That's why he was a global superhero not a national one. Politics played a part in there. Dash was free to go on missions within his nation but his nation couldn't order him to do a certain mission within other nations. He got right to refuse his nation's orders.
This freedom to choose right was the reason why every superhero wanted to be a part of GSO.
No doubt that Eron had dreamt of joining this organisation too. But he came to hate it and his nation when he realised that he would always be an alien in the eyes of the people of this world. His brother didn't mind those doubtful eyes on him.
But Eron was different.
The GSO didn't have the latest update on Eron's status. Every super was supposed to report their power development every year. The GSO didn't keep their skills (active and passive) and abilities in their records for safety purposes. But it demanded a special test that determines the colour of the citizenship cards.
This could be performed by asking questions such as "Can you manipulate the minds of humans or animals?", "Can you mass murder living beings with your superpower?"... It happened in the presence of a super (or equipment) who could detect lies.
The period of one year could change someone drastically. A nice guy may become a villain.
Though GSO was bound to be shocked by Eron's progress next year, it had already picked a super name for him despite him being not a superhero.
Fantasy Boy...
A supername was a title of honour that wasn't given to everyone. But Eron was one of those exceptional supers that GSO had its eyes on.

In the mirror dimension, Eron (Fantasy Boy) and Ben (Dash) were standing on their house's front lawn, facing each other with a 6-meter gap between them.
Ben's superhero bodysuit morphed on his body instantly thanks to the advanced nanotechnology of this world.
His bodysuit had a thin force field that kept his body safe from dangers and provided a body surface with low friction.
"I am not gonna apologize. You know it too that I am not actually your brother. I don't know why everyone kept it a secret but I don't hate anyone, " Eron spoke to his brother.
"So it is fine for you to sleep with my mother?" Ben asked sarcastically.
"Come on, are we really going to argue about virtues now? The culture of this world doesn't consider it taboo. And, mother and father haven't been faithful to each other either, " Eron said, trying to justify his adultery.
Ben took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, "You don't know what you did wrong. I have no right to decide how my parents handle their relationships but I thought I could make you a better person."
"I don't understand the modern culture of this world. It is like oyakodon. Our home planet was no different but people there at least don't show off their adultery."
"You disappointed me, Eron. I can't forgive you. Since you know we aren't brothers. Let's treat each other like that. You are just a brat who slept with my mother. And I am a guy who doesn't like you to be around my mother."
Crackle! Crackle!
Ben released his force, ready to dash at Eron. His body was making electric discharge in small blue lightning, affecting the nature... Creating winds.
At such close distance, he could not run at his top speed or go faster than 200 kmph. He wasn't even planning to use his super rings.
And that was his mistake.
The moment he dashed towards Eron, the latter also dashed while releasing small white electric discharge from his body.
Both of them raised their fists and exchanged blow after blow.
Bam! Bam! Crackle! Bam! Bam! Crackle!
An intense and fast fight broke out between brothers. Each time Ben tried to punch Eron, his fists met Eron's head-on.
Ben thought he could easily punch Eron a dozen times in a second because he was confident in the fast punches he had practiced.
Nevertheless, he wasn't only good with his hands but also with his legs. He tried to kick away Eron while throwing multiple punches.
But Eron responded with a quick kick, neutralizing the incoming force with his own.
Their clash was creating sounds of sound blasts, electric blasts, and low thunder blasts.
But no one came to disturb them. The mirror dimension was empty. The sounds couldn't go past the portal that connected the real world and the mirror world.
One moment, Ben managed to push Eron to the wall of their house and threw a stronger and faster punch with a low kick.
But it turned out that Eron could dodge his attacks faster than they were.
Kaboom!
The wall of their home broke, revealing the empty centre hall of the first floor.
Ben's punch made a dozen of inch wide hole in the wall.
"That's brutal. Even with the protection of my force, I would have broken some bones, " Eron remarked, standing some meters away from Ben.
Ben recovered from the shock he got by witnessing Eron's quick reflexes, "I was surprised when mother said that you have grown really strong while secretly training behind the hills."
"I didn't think you got better at using your basic stats. I could easily tire you if I continue to fight at this pace. But, doing things faster is my speciality."
"Oh really? Then your redhead girlfriend must have a hard time in bed, " Eron taunted him purposely.
And it worked.
Ben intensified his electric discharge, increasing his speed, turning into a blue blue he became faster than a cheetah (top speed 120 kmph).
He threw a punch coated with an electric bolt.
He expected Eron to dodge it. Then he would get the chance to shoot an electric beam at him.
The electric beam consumed a large amount of force and could be noticed before launching. So Ben thought to launch it while Eron would be emersed in dodging his right fist and shoot the electric beam from his left fist.
But he wasn't the only one who could shoot an electric beam.
Eron, instead of dodging the electric fist of Ben... He threw his body forward to punch Ben's right fist with his left one... Along with his first, he released his own force in electric force that penetrated Ben's highly conductive bodysuit to his physical body... Wrecking his inner muscles and veins in a second.
Argh!! Bam! Crackle! Boom!
Ben screamed in pain.
This clash of fists was loudest. It sent Eron flying to the front yard of the right side neighbour, while Ben slipped backward to the left side neighbour's lawn.
Eron fell on his back on the hard while Ben's bodysuit let him slip on the ground when the forces generated from their fists created a spring effect blast.
"Every action has a reaction."
"What happened?" Ben asked the system installed in his bodysuit.
"How? Don't I have electric resistance? Even my suit has some resistance effect, " Ben couldn't believe that his right hand felt numb from the attack of his little brother.
"Shut up! I know what's best for me, " Ben was feeling a complicated feeling.
He was angry at Eron but he was also proud of him. He didn't believe that he would be defeated by a low-grade super who hadn't even received training properly.
But he had to admit that Eron had become strong enough to make Ben cautious in this fight.
It was a pity that Ben had been consumed by his bias. He was a student who believed everything in the book.
But Eron was the Fantasy Boy who could go beyond the knowledge of the book.
