"What?!", Chen Rui shouted prompting Shen Yue to remove her phone from her ears.
Chen Rui was fully fuming.

The company was discussing bringing Bai Xue into their management and had appointed her(Chen Rui) to be her(Bai Xue) manager.
She had told them she would like to see the said actress before making a decision.
The company agreed because she was one for their 3 Ace Managers.
Chen Rui rubbed her head.
She was feeling a migraine coming.
"Miss Shen Yue..why don't you want me to manage Bai Xue?", Chen Rui asked calmly after sorting out her rage.
Shen Yue on the other end of the phone said,"I just don't like her. It's as simple as that Manager Chen."
She said this like it was nothing.
"Miss Shen Yue! This is not a joking matter. My company already has plans of bringing her on board... why are you doing this to me?", Chen Rui argued.
"Manager Chen, You just need to know two things: I don't like Bai Xue and I am a big catch okay?. I really like you Manager Chen that's why I decided to call you. Don't you think I am considerate?", Shen Yue asked feeling magnanimous.
Chen Rui Scoffed,"Considerate?! Ok let's say I agree to what you are saying...how are you supposed to go abroad?"
"Manager Chen,now you are talking! I just need you to find a potential high school and acting school, preferably one that she has a scholarship program, for me. Don't worry about the bills. Just book the earliest flight to the place you have in mind for me after your research. I don't want to spend another day here okay?", Shen Yue said.
She knew she was being to fast but this environment was toxic.
"Miss Shen Yue I'm going to do this not because of your assurance but because my gut feeling tells me to", Chen Rui conceded after 30 minutes of thinking.
Shen Yue on the other end of the phone was ecstatic.
"Manager Chen,your gut feeling is really wonderful! Sorry for stressing you okay! I won't disappoint you don't worry! And don't forget, I need the earliest flight out of her tomorrow. Send me your account details, I'll refund you the money for the flight ,okay?", Shen Yue finally said.
She was practically bouncing on the bed.
"Alright Miss Shen Yue, don't disappoint me."
"Good night Manager Chen."
Beep...
The dial tone sounded.
Shen Yue didn't care about dinner again as she bustled around the room to pack up her stuffs.
She was going to ask Uncle Lu for the Bentley keys later that night.
He seemed like someone she could trust.

The manor was a large one.It had a European decor and structure.
Inside, at the dinning room,
A long table for dining table,but only two people were present. An elderly woman was seating at the head of the table and a young man at her right.
A spread of variety of dishes were in front of them.
But only the elderly woman seemed to be eating.
The silence between them was peaceful.
"Grandma, here. Drink some water"
The Young man said while offering water to the old Madam.
"Siyu, my Considerate boy. What would I ever do without you. Your second and third uncle are all useless. They don't even care about their old mother.", the elderly woman said emotionally.
"Grandma, you don't have to think about them. It is detrimental to your health if you think of useless things.", Su Siyu said with a straight face.
The old Madam, Ouyang Zuo, laughed heartily at her grandson's words.
The silly boy had cracked a joke without knowing.
The old Madam dropped her chopsticks and urger Su Siyu,"Why aren't you eating? I didn't call you here to watch me eat. You look so slim, eat up. This was the urgent thing I called you for".
"Yes Grandma", Su Siyu replied obediently while smiling and began eating, with his Grandma actively adding his favorite meals on his plate.
After dinner, they both went to the living room to discuss some matters concerning the Su Group and it's branches.
"Su Fashion hasn't been doing well lately. I think it's because of your bad fashion sense Siyu.", Ouyang Zuo said.
"But I have hired High ranking designers and put third uncle in charge of Su Fashion.", Siyu replied,"It seems third uncle is doing something behind my back."
"You foolish boy, do I need to point it out for you to know?. Those sons of mine have always been greedy. You should remove that filthy pig from that position. He can survive from the yearly dividend his father insisted on giving him.", the old Madam raged hitting her knee.
"Yes Grandma I'll do as you say. But I'll give him one more chance. I don't want him to come and disturb you about this if I dismiss him immediately.", Su Siyu said while massaging her hands,"Grandma, you'll hurt your hands. Stop getting angry over irrelevant people."
Ouyang Zuo beamed,"Okay my boy. You should go home now. It's late for you to be out here by this time."
"Grandma, it's only past 9."
"Still go. You need to sleep early to wake up early for work tomorrow."
"Ok Grandma. Good night, I'll take my leave now".
