Some moments earlier, within the helicopter transport.
Jane, Simon, Timothy, William, Thompson, and his secretary, Sarah, all sat in silence as the helicopter flew, their expressions unreadable.
Despite being less renowned compared to everyone else there, Sarah didn't seem scared or nervous. It wasn't the first time she had to escort Thompson somewhere while in the presence of other high-ranking individuals, and the nature of her job sort of required her to keep her cool in these sorts of situations.
As such, she showed no outward signs of distress.
However, inwardly, she was communicating.
'The target will be arriving shortly.'
'No, there seems to be no indication of him knowing about the plan, but it's better to be prepared regardless.'
'... About our deal– Yes... Yes, I understand. I'll carry out my end of the plan.'
Her heart ached slightly, but she still appeared calm on the surface. She absolutely could not give anything away, not when they were so close...
