For a moment, nothing was said, and only Ruby had a happy smile on her face at the absurdity Vegeta had casually revealed.
This was exactly what she had been waiting for!
"Undo everything?" Ozpin repeated, confused, and he wasn't the only one. "And how, exactly, do you intend to do that?"
Especially when this man claimed not to be a god.
"Hmph, as if I would tell you." Vegeta sneered, almost as if he had heard something stupid. "Be grateful that I even bothered to reveal this much to you."
The existence of the Dragon Balls was something that a Wizard shouldn't know about, especially one who had been cursed by the gods. As for the girls, Vegeta would explain it to them later, after these unwanted visitors had left.
"I see..." Ozpin didn't like that answer one bit, but it was clear that it was the only one he was going to get. "And you expect me to just take your word for it?"
While this Prince was proving to be reasonable, even if only a little, it didn't change the fact that he was the biggest problem Remnant has ever had since Salem.
"What else can you do?" Vegeta narrowed his eyes, his words sounding like a threat, and for good reason. "You are more than welcome to try and hold me accountable for what happened."
If it was a fight this Wizard wanted, he was more than happy to oblige.
With that, the tension in the air returned tenfold, even more so with the way green flames lit up in Ozpin's eyes.
It didn't take much to know that the Headmaster wanted to throw Vegeta in a cell or execute him without trial, but unfortunately, that was far beyond his ability, and he knew it.
"It seems I don't have much of a choice." Ozpin sighed and let go of his power, soon focusing on the endless horizon of this room. "Even so, I have a request to make."
This gave everyone there a pause, pondering what he had in mind, and it was something no one was expecting.
"Show me," Ozpin said to this entity, his request motivated by much more than mere curiosity. "The golden power that plunged the world into chaos."
He needed to see with his own eyes what he was dealing with here, and there was no better place for that than a pocket dimension.
Such a request came as a shock to Winter and Glynda, both of whom were uncertain about it and its consequences. Even so, there was that nagging feeling in the back of their minds that wanted to know more.
As for the other girls, their reactions varied, but they couldn't be more different.
"Oh my God!" Ruby jumped like a happy rabbit, unable to wait to see that transformation again! "This is going to be so cool!"
The other times Vegeta had shown that power, it wasn't under the best of circumstances. While that could be said about the current situation, it would be much better than before!
"Well, it'll be something to remember," Weiss agreed, a certain pride laced in her voice. "In a non-traumatic way, this time."
Very different from when he was trying to teach them a lesson or reject them. That, and she couldn't wait to see her older sister's reaction!
After that, Winter would also be able to see how amazing their future family member really was!
"Oh boy." Yang couldn't share her little sister's and Weiss's enthusiasm. "Here we go again."
Hopefully, it wouldn't be such a fucked-up experience as the last two times.
As for Blake, she said nothing and only bit her lip as she tried to keep her composure.
The mere idea of being exposed to Vegeta's power again wasn't exactly appealing to her, especially since it was a reminder of what had happened before.
In one instance, Blake fainted, and in the other, she was rejected, and that wound was far from healed.
As for Vegeta, it seemed he didn't have much of a choice.
While he repudiated the idea of listening to a Wizard's request, his students' expectations were too much for him to reject.
"All right," Vegeta conceded and immediately turned toward the void before him. "Don't regret it."
With that being decided, he casually flew a certain distance without being affected by the increased gravity before landing and looking back at them.
"Before that, I think it would only be fitting to explain a little about this power." Vegeta clenched his fists, and his Ki flared up around him like a white flame, sending out waves of power that could be felt even outside through the open door. "As a Saiyan, my race is known for its manipulation of life energy and its metamorphic ability. Which means the ability to transform and increase my powers with it."
With that being said, his power changed from white to gold, along with his hair. Another significant change, much to the delight of the female audience, was the noticeable increase in his muscle mass and the unique color of his eyes, which took on a teal hue.
The change was so rapid and tremendous that it almost knocked the spectators off their feet.
So this is the power that caused the golden anomaly. Ozpin had to raise his arms to protect himself and keep his footing. To think that a non-divine entity possesses such power!
With this, it was clear that Prince Vegeta was not lying about his goal in Remnant... as hard as it was to believe.
After all, with this kind of colossal power, who would have thought he was in this world just to train?
However, this power alone proved that Vegeta was not aiming for the destruction of Remnant or even its domination. Otherwise, this world would already be his to do as he pleased.
In fact, the golden anomaly was only the result of the Grimms' opposite nature in relation to this power and its purity.
"This is a Super Saiyan," Vegeta said as electricity ran through the ground around him, making the air vibrate. "A combat state that increases our powers dozens of times over." A small smile appeared as his aura continued to grow in power, with blue lightning circling his body, making him more muscular, and his hair even spikier than before. "And this is the ascended state of a Super Saiyan, also known as Super Saiyan 2."
Just like the form he showed the first time when he punished Yang!
This bothered the girls almost as much as it surprised them.
After all, he had gone a step further and used much more power than necessary to scare them, but... this still didn't compare to what he had shown on that red planet.
Which meant there was another level above that!
Of course there was!
Vegeta said that everything he had shown before was not even a percent of a percent of what he was capable of!
"Th-this! Winter could hardly believe her eyes, her body trembling under the pressure of all that power. "How is this possible?!"
While she had seen with her own eyes a demonstration of power by this man back in Mistral, that was nothing compared to this!
It was no wonder Vegeta had been able to shock half the world!
Glynda did not answer Winter's question, and she doubted that this young woman wanted one. That, and Glynda had no explanation for any of this, only that she believed everything this man had said earlier.
Vegeta was an alien!
A being from another planet and a completely different quadrant of the universe!
Above all, what shocked Glynda most about all these revelations was the fact that Vegeta was still after even more power than this.
Just how powerful was the Wizard he wanted to destroy?!
No wonder Vegeta was so hostile towards Ozpin!
"Holy shit!" Qrow entered the room again after feeling the power hit him like waves on the outside. "What the hell is this guy doing?!"
As if all the shit he caused last time wasn't enough!
"Glynda," Ozpin ignored all the commotion and addressed his right-hand woman, getting her attention. "I think Vegeta still has more to show, so do me a favor and close the door."
The last thing he wanted was to see the world plunged into chaos again.
"O-okay." Glynda did her best to remain composed and use her Semblance to close the door without leaving her spot. Now, let's just hope this place can withstand what's coming.
Strangely enough, her heart was beating faster with excitement, mirroring the enthusiasm of her students.
"Heh, so you noticed." Vegeta had a small smile as he began to unleash even more power and make the dimension around him tremble. "In that case, I'll just take this one step further."
Normally, he didn't even need to transform into these advanced states to access all this power.
Vegeta had mastered Super Saiyan so completely that he could extract all the power he needed without stressing his body.
In other words, he had achieved something similar to Gohan.
That, and Vegeta didn't like using this transformation that the clown had achieved during the seven years he spent dead in the other world, and it wasn't just because of his grudge.
Super Saiyan 3 was a flawed transformation and one that couldn't be completely mastered.
For Vegeta, the best transformation above the ascended state, not counting the combination of Oozaru's power in human form with the Super Saiyan that Broly had, was the form that Trunks achieved during his fight against Black.
Vegeta had a good idea of how to reach the same level, but to do so, he would have to master Super Saiyan Grade 3, also known as Ultra Super Saiyan, and the idea did not appeal to him very much.
Even so, it was something to keep in mind and could help increase his power.
So today, as an exception, Vegeta would show the third level!
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" With a roar, his aura exploded like an unstoppable storm, unleashing even more power as he pushed beyond his limits! "AAAAAAHHHHH!"
This transformation was so powerful that those watching were being pushed back, their hearts trembling along with the infinite void that surrounded them.
Meanwhile, Vegeta went deep into his lineage, extracting every drop of his mortal Ki as his muscles grew larger, but not as much as his hair, which extended in a completely different way from Kakarot's or Gotenks'.
Vegeta's Super Saiyan 3 was unique, just as it should be!
Then, with one more scream, his aura exploded and expanded to the point of engulfing the temple where everyone was clinging to it as if their lives depended on it.
Soon after, when the screams stopped along with the winds of power and blinding light, the spectators could finally see the result of the transformation that threatened to shatter a separate dimension.
As expected, he did not disappoint.
Vegeta stood imposingly, his muscular body glowing gold and surrounded by blue bolts of bioelectricity. His eyes were still the same teal color, but this time his pupils were visible. Then there was the most significant change, with his eyebrows having disappeared to give him an even more masculine and primitive appearance, but that was almost imperceptible compared to his hair.
Vegeta's golden flame had tripled in size, extending in a way that signaled the increase in his enormous power.
"This," he said in a deep voice, sending chills down the spines of those who heard him. "Is Super Saiyan 3."
Also known as Ultra Vegeta 1, but it was best to keep that name to himself.
That aside, this form represented the limit of his power as a mortal... for now.
Soon, his Aura would grow enough to rival this power, and he would reach a completely different level.
"Fascinating..." Ozpin was mesmerized by this display, barely able to believe that he was inside all of this golden flame. "And none of this is divine power."
Which made it all the more impressive.
"The golden anomaly..." Glynda was no less shocked than her colleagues, her green eyes glued on Vegeta. "Truly out of this world."
In every sense of the word, and that only served to hurt her even more.
Now it was more than evident that Glynda would never find another man like him in this lifetime, and while he was a criminal, with this kind of power, anyone would have unintentionally created all that chaos.
Vegeta's actions in the rescue operation and his promise to undo everything that had happened were proof of that.
As for Winter, she still couldn't believe what she was seeing and feeling, such warmth on her body.
Everything was so unreal that it seemed like a dream, much like the look that her little sister had on her flushed and happy face.
It wasn't just admiration that Weiss felt and openly displayed; it was genuine love... for an alien.
Somehow, that managed to be worse than if she were involved with a faunus active in the White Fang.
Or maybe Winter was just jealous that her little sister had managed to find someone capable of making her feel that way before she did.
Either way, her biggest concern was the direction this relationship would take and the fact that she was unable to intervene.
All Winter could do was talk to Weiss and try to knock some sense into her so she wouldn't end up getting hurt... in every sense of the word.
Next to them, Qrow couldn't find the words to describe what he was seeing. While part of him wanted to mock this caveman's ridiculous hair, the power emanating from his body was anything but a joke.
Suddenly, that story about Vegeta trying to destroy a red planet was just as real as the scene before him and... the admiration shining in Ruby's eyes.
It would be cute if it weren't so worrying, just like the warmth in Yang's eyes and her black-haired partner's.
It seemed that the mini ice queen wasn't the only one who had feelings for the prince, but only hers were reciprocated.
It could be worse. Qrow had to hold on to the small victories and be thankful that Ruby wasn't in the same boat as these other girls. Still, what the hell should I say to Tai?
It wouldn't be the first time, but he was seriously considering keeping all of this a secret from his best friend.
At least for now.
"Wow!" Ruby jumped again, barely able to contain herself! "Weiss, look at his hair! It's super, super, super spiky!"
Just as the name of the transformation suggested!
"Is that what impresses you?" Weiss couldn't help but smile at her friend's antics. "Not the ocean of power or the lightning storm?"
It must be nice to have such an innocent mind and heart, because that extravagant hair was the least of her concerns.
Not only Weiss, but in the eyes of all the other women present at the scene, and that bothered her, especially since it included her own sister.
Given how Vegeta's clothes were almost torn apart with the significant increase in his muscles, it was inevitable and served to show how attractive he really was.
Even so, that's my man! Weiss was huffing now, but soon smiled as she had just the right idea. Then maybe I should make that clear!
Taking a step forward, a second burst of power occurred almost imperceptible given the ocean of golden energy that engulfed the entire area, but it soon gained attention because of the sudden drop in temperature.
With each step, Weiss's form became more ethereal as her hair shone like strands of crystal and her clothes transformed into a completely different icy blue dress, more similar to one worn at gala events... or a wedding. Except that, just like the Glyph floating above her head, this dress was made of a majestic combination of life and soul.
Suddenly, Weiss had become the center of attention, even with this minor display of power, but one that was infinitely more beautiful.
That, and she was walking outside the temple's boundaries without being affected by the increased gravity.
"What the hell..." Qrow's eyes were wide open, almost mesmerized by this girl who had transcended into something else entirely. "She really is an ice queen."
But not in a bad way, and no one there could disagree with him.
In any other situation, Winter would have gone ballistic on this drunk for daring to lay his filthy eyes on her little sister. Considering what was before them, she couldn't bring herself to ruin this moment.
Weiss looked like an angel who had descended from heaven and dived into an ocean of gold.
The question now was how she had managed to obtain this beautiful power, and the answer lay with the owner of those teal eyes, who couldn't be more surprised by this unexpected development.
On the other side, Vegeta was having a flashback of what had happened the day before, and his heart fluttered in response.
"Weiss?" Vegeta calmed the emission of his power to avoid hurting her, especially with the bioelectricity circulating his body nonstop, and chose to return to being a regular Super Saiyan. "What are you doing?"
There was no immediate response, and he didn't need one. The sparkle in this girl's eyes, the blush on her beautiful face, and her shy demeanor served as an explanation for what she wanted.
Vegeta had seen Bulma repeat this pattern enough times before, and what followed was always the same.
This realization made his eyes widen and take a step back, but not enough to escape Weiss's hands or avoid having his lips taken!
This girl was out of her mind!
Worse yet, the same could be said of Vegeta, who couldn't find the strength to resist! Before he knew it, his hands were already around this girl to bring her closer and deepen the kiss!
With that, there was no turning back, and a new relationship was cemented amid golden flames adorned with blue crystals.
