Hello back, after having spent more than a month in holiday, I come back to my office and I am sure it will be new experiences full of both good and bad things. As usaul, I check my office; I mean my class room. The first thing that attracts me, the new painting on walls, a new fixed window, and clean chairs. All these weren't there before my left. So, as a beginning is good. Waiting the students to come back to their courses, I feel myself ready to do my job as I used to do before. However, I am thinking of changing my method of dealing with people regardless their backgrounds. Hence, I need to stop side discussions that have no relation ship with the lessons topics even though there are many of them who tend to mention those topics. Second, I put one of the student's advice that said:" never say I or my when you are talking as it will bring you just jeolousy from others". Really, this last advice seems interesting for me. Third, paying attention with the colleagues that surround me is also essential for me so as to avoid their stupid behaviours. The fourth, I am trying to manage my incomes as I have a family that must benefit from me in the long term. The fifth, I sould keep the same energitic way of doing my job correctly. The seventh, I need to do more reading of stories, articles, and other writings in order to get a wider knowledge that helps me to do my tasks proporly.
