A screech .....
A sound...
It smelled like nothing but dust and pain.
My eyes darted around.
My hand rushed to my heart expecting a wound , a scar but nothing, it was perfectly fine like I wasn't hit .
I tried to stand but the force flowing here was different, it was draining, it exuded danger , anger, blood and something more.
My sense of smell heightened, so did my hearing. It was like something changed but still I couldn't place it. I tried standing again and thankfully it wasn't that hard.
I look up , everywhere was dark … No sign of anything. My sword was still at around.
It was funny how I was hoping for the best yet expecting the worst .
My clothes were different, I was claded in all black , my scent was covered and my steps were different.
I looked onward, determined to get myself out of wherever I am .
Then I saw greyish eyes glowing, a fang and then speed. I didn't know what it was, it might sound crazy but I ran ….after it or him , whoever it was but I ran but this thing was faster, it paced its speed then suddenly it stopped, turned and disappeared. By now my head was aching. I sighed exasperatedly then something touched me , it felt like a paw or was it a hand ? My heart raced I summoned my sword, tightened it and turned slowly but surely and the sight I saw made me drop it . My head went blank .
My voice hitched.
This creature bent and picked up my sword and returned it
"You are?
I wanted to ask " What are you?
He moved closer and for the time I was scared of someone else than IRIS.
Standing before me,over 6foot tall, grey eyes, silver hair which was shoulder length, and .....my brain hitched …..was that the same symbol on the bracelet I found on his ring? I squinted, it really was. The guy looked at me amused.
"What are you doing here?
I gulped " where exactly?
" Meaning?
" Where is this ? I said looking around.
His voice deepened " The Realm Of Nothingness"
My eyes grew wide " You mean ?
He didn't smile "Welcome to DEMON REALM ".
"And you are what exactly?
"That's exactly why am here Hazel , to find out who and what I am".
" You are looking for answers?
" I've been journeying for years in this realm but somehow I haven't been able to leave or move forward, but it seems you can change that"
His eyes sparked with a glint and I found myself moving backwards slowly and then he pursued and I ran and ran but how do I outrun a creature I don't know?
