A full-blown battle erupted instantly.
However, Chu Miao and her teammates soon realized that unlike before when the zombies would keep attacking no matter how many were eliminated, these ones had learned to retreat strategically.
They would attack and when overwhelmed by the opponent, they would retreat to regroup.
"If all the zombies in the world become like this, then there will truly be no place for humans anymore." Gu Fan commented as the sword in his hand cleaved a zombie into two.
"That's true. These zombies are evolving everyday and learning human habits along the way. Now we can at least tell the evolved ones apart from humans because of their skin color, eyes, the rotten stench that won't go away. But what if that disappears too?" Chu Hao muttered while also dealing with two of the evolved zombies that tried to flunk him on both sides.
