Days passed by...
Ellaria couldn't believe her eyes. She had just received a report from the scout that the army she had been dreading was moving towards them.
What's worse was that they weren't just moving in a steady manner but were already near the border.
It seemed that the army had been moving for weeks and now they were only a few days away from the kingdom.
"How are they moving so fast?" she asked her generals.
"It seems that they have some kind of portal that allows them to travel great distances," the scout replied.
"Portal?" Ellaria frowned. "Are you sure?"
"Yes, Your Majesty," the scout nodded. "It's a glowing green gate that they use to travel quickly across the land."
Doesn't that mean they are from another world? She thought they were the enemy of another nation.
Ellaria turned to her generals. "We don't have much time then. We need to prepare our defenses as soon as possible."
