This was Morgan's first time setting foot in Fuyuki City in ten years, and the same went for Arthur.
One could say that seeing familiar sights stirred memories of people. Through the car window, looking at present-day Fuyuki City, memories of the Holy Grail War from ten years ago slowly surfaced in her mind.
"Feeling nostalgic, Berserker?" Morgan asked with a smile.
"By the way, according to reports from the subordinates I left in Japan, the child we've been longing for is currently staying at the hotel we're heading to."
"You left an existence like Agravain in Japan?" Arthur questioned.
"No way, just call them familiars, spies, or something like that. Back then, I was considered a saintly woman, like a fairy, you know. I haven't used such tricks and schemes in nearly ten years."
"And your first trick after ten years is summoning me in this mad class."
Arthur's class was Berserker. This wasn't due to any particular aptitude but because the Mad Enhancement spell was forcibly added during the summoning process. After being summoned in this class and learning his Master was Morgan, Arthur roughly guessed what she intended.
Facing her Servant's sharp gaze, Morgan merely smiled. "It wasn't intentional. After all, the only class left was Berserker. Besides, since you successfully manifested in this class with a C-rank Mad Enhancement, it means you do have sufficient potential to be a Berserker."
"For example—your obsession with obtaining the Holy Grail to restore Britannia's glory, willing to use any means necessary."
Morgan's words darkened Arthur's gaze and expression slightly, but it was a dark history he had long accepted with an open heart. Now, it wouldn't affect him much. "Do you think that would shatter my rationality?"
"Of course not. If you broke that easily, I'd consider you useless. You're the most crucial part of my plan, and it's not time for you to break yet."
So she said, but that time was drawing near.
(I can't wait to see how that child reacts when he sees you truly mad.)
*KREK…*
The car stopped in front of a building. Stepping out with Arthur, Morgan looked up at the hotel's upper floors—there was still no sense of a blood connection. Was Naoki not there?
(Good. Before he and my sweet little sister return, let me make some preparations.)
"Let's go, Arthur."
"…"

Miyama District
In a house in the residential area, Mordred, Gray, Atalanta, and Rei sat around a table, examining a map.
Watching the moving lights on the map, Atalanta couldn't help but sigh. "No matter how many times I see it, this Magecraft feels like cheating, Rei."
Through the leyline, they could track the locations of Magus and Servants in Fuyuki City, and by linking the leyline to the map, they could display precise locations.
Though they couldn't confirm identities without visiting the locations, this could be easily handled with familiars. Essentially, through this map, the four had grasped the locations of all Holy Grail War participants in Fuyuki City.
This was the work of Sajyou Rei.
Though her omniscient and omnipotent abilities were heavily limited, thanks to the continuous Mana flow from Naoki, Rei's Magecraft abilities had partially recovered. She still couldn't fight Servants directly, but using Magecraft of this level was sufficient.
"It's not that impressive. Back then, I didn't even need a map to grasp this information instantly." Rei laughed.
Based on the map, three Master-Servant groups were currently moving: Naoki and Artoria, Aoko and Scathach, and Touko and Odysseus.
"Gilgamesh, after last night's battle with Master, likely hasn't fully recovered, so he's with that Lord from the Department of Botany."
"Arcueid, though unafraid of sunlight, shows no signs of movement either. She's probably resting."
"Marisbury and King Solomon… we don't need to worry about them. They're not opponents we can handle."
Rei's finger moved from the Master-Servant pair that might be the only ones truly needing the Grail, then settled on the seventh group's light on the map. By calculation, this should be Morgan and her Berserker.
(Arriving on the second day of the Holy Grail War and heading straight to the Fuyuki Grand Hotel where Master is…)
Such a clear route made it hard not to connect it to Morgan's schemes. Especially with a Berserker—a dangerous weapon in Morgan's hands—it was deeply unsettling.
"Mordred, Atalanta, you two head there now." Rei pointed to the Fuyuki Grand Hotel. "Of course, no need to enter. Atalanta, find a sniping point around the hotel targeting the upper floors. Mordred, find a standby spot on the ground."
"Got it!" Mordred clenched her fist.
Having only watched from the sidelines during last night's two battles, she was itching to join in.
"Should we inform Naoki?" Atalanta asked.
Rei shook her head. "No need. I'm just thinking there might be a fight tonight, so I want you two in position first. If nothing happens, that's even better… Atalanta, your vision should let you see inside the building, right?"
"No problem, as long as it's not obstructed."
"Mordred on the ground, Atalanta up high. Watch for anything unusual at the Fuyuki Grand Hotel. Report to me immediately if something's off—Gray, you also inform Master. Tell him Morgan has arrived in Fuyuki City and is staying at the Fuyuki Grand Hotel."
"Okay, got it."
Just as Rei began preparing for Morgan's arrival, at the upper floors of the Fuyuki Grand Hotel—
*TOK TOK TOK…*
Amid the sound of knocking, Merry, who had been sleeping soundly, rubbed her eyes. "Ugh… who's that… coming at this hour… Did the King and Lia forget their keys?"
Slapping her face to shake off sleepiness, after sensing the situation outside the door, Merry couldn't help but be surprised. Then, as if realizing something, she walked to the door, opened it, and smiled at the two standing there.
"You two are quite an odd pair."
"I have a topic that should be very interesting to you. Care to pause for a bit, Merry?" Morgan said.
Glancing at Arthur, standing behind Morgan with a subdued aura, and the Command Spell on Morgan's hand, Merry smiled and nodded. "It does seem very interesting. Come in, then—by the way, long time no see, Arthur. Your spirit's still this strong; it's better than anything."
