On the third repetition, as the echoed voices faded, Nan Zhubin lifted his hand in a light pressing motion.
The employees' voices gradually died down.
The people offstage might not have felt anything concrete, but from his vantage point on the stage, Nan Zhubin could clearly take in the entire venue, and the sense of division that had emerged within it.
This was within Nan Zhubin's expectations.
The final "guided emotional expression" was fundamentally different from the earlier "grounding training" and so on.
It was more targeted.
But precisely because of that, not everyone could be healed by it.
Nan Zhubin paid no mind to the sense of fracture in the conference room.
He went on, "All right, up to here, our psychological counseling segment has come to an end. Whether you were able to follow along completely or not, whether you felt anything real or not, it's all fine. The core of this exercise is to learn to release emotions gently; there's no need to chase perfection."
