If a king becomes corrupt, a single decree from the Wind God Cathedral can have them dethroned or even executed.
The authority of the gods is supreme and inviolable.
And presiding over the Flying Dragon Great Plain, controlling the Wind God Cathedral, is the Wind God 'Lin Ke.'
