This place is not located on solid ground, but directly above the Blue Realm Wizard Domain, in a peculiar airspace of the boundless Sky World.
According to the initial demarcation by the Supreme Council, the vast sky above the airflow layer was originally meant to be under the autonomy of sky creatures, not belonging to any Wizard Domain. However, this rule means little to the Four Great Witch Realms, who dominate the pinnacle of the Wizard World. The sky above Fran, up to the edge of the horizon, is regarded as Fran's airspace, without question.
At this moment, between the Cloud Sea Archipelago, above a vast sea of clouds, a massive figure is leisurely gliding. Its entire body is pure white, with an elegant and powerful streamlined shape, and a spiraled horn on its forehead that sparkles faintly in the sunlight. This is the young Single horned White Whale Lynch once acquired.
