For a typical wizard, possessing tens or hundreds of thousands of Magic Stones is already considered quite substantial. Those with a wealth of several hundred thousand to a million either manage their finances exceptionally well or have extraordinary qualities, but reaching the level of tens of millions... is far beyond what the Wizard Level can typically possess.
It's important to understand that while wizards have relatively high incomes, cultivation also requires a vast amount of resources. Most of the Magic Stones they earn are spent on various cultivation resources, leaving them with limited expendable Magic Stones.
