Easton Holmes had already noticed that Serena Zimmerman had no particular reason to meet Athena Linton. Now, stepping outside, he just wanted to see if the mother and daughter had left.
He opened the door and looked around. The corridor was empty, with no sign of the mother and daughter. He smirked and returned to the room, locking the door on his way back.
That pesky girl was always intruding on their room.
"Honey! I found out you're quite the actor."
Clearly aware of the real purpose of her aunt, yet Easton pretended not to understand. Seeing him approaching, Lily Turner couldn't help but tease him.
Upon hearing this, Easton immediately realized that his wife understood everything that had just happened. However, he felt completely comfortable and confidently and calmly walked over to sit beside her.
