Seeing Easton Holmes' expression change, Lily Turner realized she had upset him with her words. Before he could say anything, she immediately flashed what she thought was her brightest smile.
Upon hearing this, Easton Holmes' expression improved immediately. He leaned over to look at Lily Turner, who was lying on the bed. His sudden movement startled her, as she was completely unprepared.

"You've become quite the smooth talker. I think I need to give you a good reward for that."
Lily Turner didn't even have time to react before Easton Holmes suddenly lowered his head and kissed her.
This guy! Becoming more and more annoying, hitting her with a surprise attack again.
Easton Holmes didn't deepen the kiss. After a couple of light kisses, he released Lily Turner, but he didn't straighten up. He continued to lean over and look at her.
