"Really?" The dwarf knocked on his head again, "I clearly didn't drink, so why am I hallucinating?"
Lynch smiled as he watched Morgan's actions, then noticed the rare confusion in Wislin's eyes. Perhaps he was still reflecting on his anger, thinking about where it stemmed from. What Mages feared most were thoughts like Wislin's not being isolated. If such anger spread throughout the entire Paladin Order, it would be difficult to maintain their traditions. Angry people are always easy to control and manipulate, and those filled with hatred even more so. That's why Lynch used magic, to warn his friends before something went wrong.
"Alright, since it's rare for everyone to be together, why don't we celebrate?" Lynch called over the innkeeper, "Get us the best wine you have here!" He turned to the knight and pointed at Morgan, "You don't want him drinking, just afraid he'll cause trouble again. Now that he's starting to follow my lead, you can call off that bet!"
