"Welcome back, Mage," the elf said, holding onto the boat's edge. "Where have you been lately? We were very worried about your safety. And what about the lady who was traveling with you?"
Lynch jumped ashore without speaking, answering his question with a smile. Then the Mage quickly walked towards the palace at the summit of the Holy Mountain, his steps both light and hurried.
"Something big must be happening," the elf said, looking at the Mage's back as he docked the boat.
Just as he reached the highest platform, a figure leaped from the branches outside the palace door. Little Soka immediately hugged Lynch's arm, shaking it and saying, "Brother Lynch, you're finally back. So many people are looking for you!"
The Mage patted the angel's head and softly said, "Little one, who has come looking for me?"
"Hmm..." Soka tilted his head, thinking for a moment: "The one who came the most was an elf uncle, covered in leaves. His name seemed to be Nosa something ta."
