Jodie was speculating yesterday that the next day she might see a very happy Chloe Grant, with a face enjoying the glow of love.
But instead...
She found a ticking time bomb ready to explode.
"Making up what?" Chloe exploded, "He's my ex-boyfriend! Do you know what an ex-boyfriend means? It means the past, it means it's over, impossible! Stop linking me with him.
If we have to have another relationship beyond ex-boyfriend and girlfriend, it's just a non-blood-related, uncle-niece thing!"
Chloe rambled on a lot over there.
It was all angry talk, Jodie didn't really take it in, she just found it funny.
"I'm not talking to you anymore, I'm almost late for work, I'm going upstairs to take a bath." Chloe said, feeling tired, as she headed upstairs.
"Oh, you set a time for me, I want to apologize to Benjamin."
When she reached the top of the stairs, Chloe turned and said.
