Casimir recognized that this was the new transfer student in his class. Rumor had it that since this chubby kid started studying, he switched schools every semester, almost cycling through all the schools in the Imperial City. Wherever he went, he'd throw money around to gather a group of followers, then chase after the prettiest girls in class and the school, and bully the academically successful students, all to assert his dominance as a school bully.
