Cassius Turner fixed his gaze on Delphine; she was the quintessential southern woman, her features as delicate as a painting, skin as white as snow, and an extremely cold demeanor, with a hint of solitary indifference etched in her eyes. This peculiar combination made her unforgettable at first sight.
"After moving, it's best to hire an auntie to pick up and drop off Nicholas. Although your schedule isn't too tight, the round trips can be quite tiring," Cassius Turner spoke softly and gently. "Taking the subway every day isn't convenient. If you don't mind, you can ride in my car. I live nearby too."
"I've already ordered a car; it will be more convenient to drive Nicholas myself," Delphine replied with a smile.
Delphine bid him farewell, taking Nicholas by the hand as they entered the alley.
