The "Golden Cod Fish" casino is located two blocks east of the "Three-legged Sea Dog" tavern, near the heart of the Saltwater District.
While it's called a casino on the surface, compared to the large, luxurious gambling establishments resembling castles or the imperial palace from Xia Nan's previous life, the "Golden Cod Fish" is incredibly simplistic.
Nestled in a gap between crowded buildings, it has been converted from an old boat equipment warehouse.
The building itself lacks any aesthetic appeal—it's a low, wide, single-story longhouse with thick wooden walls coated in unsightly, preservative pitch, and a roof covered with layers of mottled canvas, devoid of any decoration other than a large sign hanging above the door lintel—a golden-painted cod fish, indicating its identity.
Rather than a "casino," it would be more fitting to describe it as a "gambling house."
