"No," Brand shook his head. "I just believe in history."
"History?" Kevan asked incredulously.
But Brand did not answer him. Instead, he raised his hand, and a gust of sword wind swept the Destiny Card on the ground towards him. He caught the 'Fire Claw Lord' card and said to himself:
"System Prompt: Reward obtained."
Then he smiled slightly.
"Lord?" Medisha noticed Brand's expression, puzzled. In her mind, Brand was not someone who would be pleased with such a trivial gain.
Brand did not answer her either. He just looked up at the center of the Duel Arena.
At the same time, the old dwarf was already there raising the Earth Sword with both hands — the voice in the sky echoed once more:
"Mortal, do you accept the challenge?"
"Of course!" Audem's words startled everyone.
