Clara called Faye Townsend at noon on the day she was meeting Sean Lennox.
She said she was nervous about going alone and begged Faye to accompany her no matter what.
Faye had never been on a blind date herself, so she didn't quite understand how Clara felt.
But since she was the one who pushed Clara to go, she agreed immediately to prevent Clara from chickening out at the last minute.
Besides, she was curious about what blind dating was like anyway.
Before leaving work in the afternoon, she called Hunter Warren to tell him about her plans.
When he heard she wouldn't be home for dinner again,
Hunter didn't sound too pleased: "You've got plans again?"
"It's not a date tonight. I'm going with Clara to her blind date."
"Meeting Sean Lennox?" Hunter raised an eyebrow. "Clara's blind date, and you're tagging along?
Don't go. Come home and have dinner with me instead. Without you, I won't be able to enjoy my meal."
