Episode 01 : The Mystery of Bai Family
On their way to find the fugitive Yan Haishen, Gu Qiongnan and his followers arrived in Chen-an City. There, they received a tip from a tavern owner about the Bai family, who had long resided on Baiyu Mountain and might know the whereabouts of the fugitive.
Gu Qiongnan then encountered and briefly fought with the flower-picking bandit Xi Junhao, who was also on his way to the Bai family with different intentions.
After meeting the Bai family's guards, Gu Qiongnan was finally welcomed by the Bai family's housekeeper and chief guard, and they asked her to stay a few days while they waited for their master, who was in seclusion.
Episode 02 : Midnight Melody
Xi Junhao informed the Bai family's steward that he had come with two female physicians to treat the Third Miss's illness. His appearance was welcomed by the Second Miss, though her attendants were skeptical.
Gu Qiongnan heard the sound of a qin playing in the night and guessed it was the First Miss.
Third Miss Bai Hanqin had been ill for a long time, apparently due to her cultivation of a cold technique, aided by the inner energy of her eldest brother, who had taught her, but someone else had also imparted a different kind of pure energy.
Gu Qiongnan finally met First Miss Bai Qiuyi.
Episode 03 : Separation
Xi Junhao abruptly left Baiyu Shan before the Third Lady's illness could be cured, and his proposed marriage proposal hadn't even been carried out. Apparently, he was afraid of Qiuyi, who had killed one of his followers.
Qiuyi informed Gu Qiongnan that Hanqin was not her biological sister, but rather the daughter of Yan Haishen. Yan Haishen had originally come to Baiyu Shan to retrieve the Lengqing Yuhua and Yinfeng Nongyue scriptures, but died while testing the Lengqing Yuhua, which Qiuyi possessed.
Gu Qiongnan developed an interest in Qiuyi and intended to propose to her. Unbeknownst to him, Xiayi made a shocking confession to Qiuyi, prompting Qiuyi to ask him to leave Baiyu Shan.
Episode 04 : Thunder Cloud Manor
On the way back to Leiyun Zhuang, Gu Qiongnan met a young man and became his brother, admiring his spirit and devotion, witnessed by Huan Tiezhong.
Xiayi followed Gu Qiongnan to Leiyun Zhuang.
Upon Gu Qiongnan's return to Leiyun Zhuang, they were greeted by Zhang Yeshan and Doctor Fu. They then accompanied him to meet a waiting guest: Fan Haoxuan, the chief guard of the Zhu Family from Xinyang. He brought a message from his master, requesting Gu Qiongnan to kill someone. Gu Qiongnan, renowned for his aversion to killing, declined the request.
Gu Qiongnan received a message from Zhangsun Hou, requesting him to return to Tianbian Dao to see his master one last time.
Episode 05 : Elder Huan
Gu Qiongnan reunites with her sworn brother Guo Shenzhao and is informed of the murder of the groom, the granddaughter-in-law of the master of Dayue Mansion. This incident is considered a major event in the martial arts world, and the murder is linked to Baiyu Shan.
After parting ways with Guo Shenzhao, Gu Qiongnan reunites with Huan Tiezhong, who this time brings a child to search for his father. From Huan Tiezhong, she learns that her sworn brother is connected to the flower picker Xi Junhao.
Hanqin disguises herself as a bride to gain entry to Qingxiang Gu, Xi Junhao's residence, in search of news of her long-missing second sister, Xiayi. After being hidden by Guo Shenzhao, Xi Junhao discovers her whereabouts and arranges a marriage for her, Guo Shenzhao, who turns out to be Xi Junhao's sole disciple.
Xi Junhao's senior brother Jia Wufeng and senior sister Xun Yuhong came to the wedding, and the situation turned chaotic as Jia Wufeng revealed that Xi Junhao was responsible for the death of his wife years ago.
