Gu Qili originally didn't want to concern herself with her matters. Unfortunately, just as Hu Jiaojiao had finished her consultation, the doctor called Gu Qili's name. As Hu Jiaojiao walked out, she entered, and the two naturally ran into each other.
Seeing her, Hu Jiaojiao appeared slightly flustered, but she quickly composed herself, pulled up her face mask, and said in a deep voice, "Let's talk in a bit."
"I don't think there's anything to talk about." Gu Qili ignored her and went straight into the consulting room.
About half an hour later, Gu Qili saw Hu Jiaojiao at the hospital entrance, who seemed a bit impatient, constantly checking her watch, until she saw her and walked over briskly.
"Let's talk." Hu Jiaojiao gestured towards the nearby café.
Without saying a word, Gu Qili headed towards the café.
Both ordered a juice and sat face to face, yet it felt as if there was an invisible chasm between them. Once like sisters, now foes, it inevitably made one sigh.
