"Bastard!" Abigail Zimmerman angrily slapped the coffee table, her chest heaving under her coat.
"Julian Zane! You bastard, not only did you cause Nicole's death, but now you've driven her daughter out of the house too. Did Nicole risk her life to fight for your empire all for you to let another woman enjoy it?"
Watching Abigail Zimmerman's agitated demeanor, Jon slightly narrowed his blue eyes, the corners of his lips unconsciously curled up, a smirk of triumph.
However, it turns out, Jon's thoughts were too naive.
He had thought that by mentioning Titus Zane's current predicament to Abigail Zimmerman, it might evoke her compassion and yield valuable information; instead, after venting, she turned to him and coldly said, "Titus Zane is a descendant of the Zane Family. We will handle her affairs. And, I advise you to stop poking into Nicole's matters or you risk burning yourself without time to regret it!"
