Chapter 2 - Femboy

"Hmm?"

Knock! Knock! Knock!

"Ah… what's this noise?" Marianne complained, lying on the floor.

The knocking turned into loud banging.

"Open up, you fool! What's taking so long?!" his sister shouted.

"Huh… sister?"

"Wait, what's—" His memories slowly returned, and his face fell.

"Damn it! She can't see me like this!"

He quickly jumped up, trying to hide.

But it was too late.

Boom!

The wooden door broke into pieces.

A beautiful young woman entered, her chestnut hair hanging over her neck. She shouted:

"You annoying brother, are you really that crazy about your powers?! You should know—"

But she stopped.

She stared at the feminine figure in the corner.

"Who are you?"

"Ah… hehe, hi, sis…" Marianne answered in a weak voice.

"Hmm?" She looked confused.

"Hmmm!! Don't tell me…"

Her face changed to shock.

"Just tell me, what the hell happened?!"

Marianne explained quickly.

"…and then I woke up like this." He sighed.

"So, you're saying your body changed when you woke up?" she asked.

"Yes." He nodded.

"Did you check your status window?"

"No, I was about to."

"Then check it."

Marianne focused, and a black screen with white letters appeared in front of him.

"There it is."

"Read your trait," his sister said.

Name: [Marianne Bloom]

Trait: [Androgynous]

Description: [You are half-man, half-woman. Your body attracts attention wherever you go. You have a charm that can seduce both men and women. If you use it well, it can be a powerful weapon.]

Marianne's face turned dark.

"Is this some kind of joke? Impossible!"

His sister noticed right away. "Tell me."

He explained, embarrassed.

She listened quietly, then frowned. "What kind of trait is this?"

Her gaze turned strange.

"Little brother, tell me… did you have any weird interests?" she asked playfully.

"What?!" He shook his head quickly.

"Never!!!"

Traits were often linked to a person's mind and desires.

Naturally, she thought his trait came from some hidden part of him.

"Oh, I see…" she said, confused again.

"Ah, damn it! How embarrassing! This cursed trait!" Marianne thought.

"Check your skills," she said.

Ability: [Womb of Illusions]

Description: [You can create an illusion lasting five seconds.]

"At least this one is good," he muttered with relief.

"Hmm," she nodded.

"Do you know why I got this trait?" he asked.

She shook her head. "No, but I have some ideas."

"Really? Like what?"

"Not the reason. Just a way to reduce its effect. If you get more masculine traits, they might balance it and return you to normal."

"That sounds like a good plan," he said seriously.

"Where can I get them?"

"At the Academy, of course!" she smiled.

He frowned. "The Academy… looking like this?"

"Don't worry, no one will care," she reassured.

"Actually, you should be proud! With that pretty face, girls will love you," she teased.

"I just hope guys don't…" he muttered inside.

"Anyway, you need to rest and prepare for your first mission."

"Yes," Marianne answered seriously.

"It won't be too hard," she said, patting his shoulder.

He nodded slowly.

"Where did I hear that before? Oh right, ten minutes before I got the worst trait in the world!" he cursed in his mind.

His sister walked to the broken door.

"Marin…" Marianne called.

"Hmm?" She turned.

"Thank you."

She smiled. "It's fine, little brother. I'm here for you."
