Theo and the others watched as Vertu burnt from Pryion's flames; they could see the monster try to turn off the pain and run from it.
Pryion stood there, his gaze steady as his mind went through what he had just accomplished.
"You know that there isn't going to be much damage done to that thing," Acier said, her eyes returning to Darius.
"He's about to wake up, and we know what is about--"
Before she could finish, a tentacle pierced right into her armor. Taking a step back, she used her sword to slash the tentacle.
They saw the beast bursting from the flames, and Pryion took his blade getting ready to attack.
"FALL BACK!!"
Pryion didn't let anything get through him, his eyes were clear.
"Blitzing Sun!" He roared sending slashes for the monster but he wasn't fast enough to stop Vertu's regeneration.
Vertu sprang up from the debris, his eyes glaring at the warriors.
