It did not take long for the armada to reach the boundary of the Eternal Universe.
The moment the first wave of spacecraft emerged from the spatial passage, the vast universe appeared before them, surrounded by an enormous golden barrier that stretched across the darkness like an impenetrable shell. Its surface shimmered continuously, patterns of golden light flowing across it as though countless formations had been engraved directly into the fabric of space.
Yet something was wrong.
There were no defensive fleets surrounding the barrier. No armies had been stationed outside the universe, and not even a single defensive formation could be seen in the surrounding void.
Amun emerged from one of the leading spacecraft and floated outside the armada, his eyes narrowing as he carefully observed the golden shield.
Vivi and Ragnar soon arrived beside him, followed by several other Demi-Gods who had also sensed the unusual silence.
