Chapter 210 - Epilogue: I Like Being Ordinary

Lee Do-hyeon discovered the means to cross dimensions—and returned to Murim first.

A quiet forest, painted in the fading hues of sunset. He sat with Han So-yeon, Baek Wol-hee, Chunhyang, and Mi-ryeong, the stillness between them broken only by his words.

"I have to return now. To my real home."

Silence fell.

"Do-hyeon orabeoni… you're leaving?"

Han So-yeon's voice trembled.Baek Wol-hee laid her sword down quietly.

"Can we protect the Gangho without you, Captain?"

Chunhyang grasped his hand tightly.

"Orabeoni, is that place… truly a happy one?"

Do-hyeon clasped her hand in both of his, warmth in his eyes.

"That's where I truly come from. But…" He paused, searching their faces."I want to give you all a choice. Will you come with me—to the real world?"

Han So-yeon answered first.

"If you're going there, Orabeoni, I'll go too."

Baek Wol-hee gave a light laugh.

"Captain, if I don't follow you, who will keep you safe? I've already made up my mind. I'm going."

Mi-ryeong hesitated, then shook her head slowly.

"I still have things to do here. The imperial matters, and my own path… I need to finish them. But one day—someday—I'll come too. Won't I?"

Chunhyang never let go of his hand, smiling softly.

"Orabeoni, I think I have to stay here for now. There's still the people of Yeonhwa-ru, and so much to help with. But… call for me, and I'll run to you."

Their answers were different, but they converged on one truth:

Do-hyeon would leave with Han So-yeon and Baek Wol-hee.Mi-ryeong and Chunhyang would remain, forging their own paths.

But their parting was not an end.

"One day, we'll meet again."

Do-hyeon promised, his gaze steady on Mi-ryeong and Chunhyang.

"By then, maybe… we'll open a path that connects this world and reality."

Weeks later, the preparations were done.

The sky cracked once more, spilling radiant light. It wrapped around them—Do-hyeon, So-yeon, Wol-hee—and their forms began to fade.

Chunhyang and Mi-ryeong stood below, tears streaking their cheeks.

"Go well. And… be happy."

Do-hyeon turned one last time, his voice steady.

"The time I spent here… it's the most precious thing I have. I won't forget it."

And then, they vanished into the light.

Chunhyang and Mi-ryeong held each other, breath unsteady.

"We have our own paths to walk, too."

The light in the sky dimmed.A breeze swept through the forest.

The Gangho was on the cusp of a new age.

And in the real world, Do-hyeon's new journey was just beginning.

"An end is only another beginning."

Back on Earth, Lee Do-hyeon sank into deep thought. He had crossed three worlds—and yet, even the mighty Titans and gods of Elysium could not touch other realms.

If so…

Was there an existence that transcended all dimensions?

The thought weighed on him.

And then—he fell asleep.

Silence.

The dimension shattered.Space twisted.Time fractured.

This was the end of war, the place where all existence unraveled.

Lee Do-hyeon stood with his sword.

Below his feet floated the debris of a ruined universe.

"You've come this far."

The being before him looked down.

It was not god.Not human.

Not even a "form"—but a will, shaped into something that could be seen.

"You broke the laws of dimension. You will pay the price."

Do-hyeon smiled.

He had already gone beyond humanity.

No longer god, no longer mortal.

But his reason to fight had never changed.

"You break the laws to open a new path."

His sword trembled.

No—his sword shook the very concept of space.

The being raised a hand.

The sun vanished.

And then—it reappeared.

Not one sun—thousands, exploding into weapons, raining down.

KU-GU-GU-GU-GUNG!

The universe shook.Dimensions burned.

The suns were hurled like warheads, gravity crushing them into flaming spheres.

Do-hyeon lifted his sword.

As he swung—the orbit of the suns changed.

It wasn't just movement.

It was rewriting the coordinate of their existence.

"If you throw the sun… then I'll rewrite where the sun exists."

KWA-A-A-AANG!

His strike split the suns in two.

They didn't vanish—they were flung into another plane entirely.

"You throw suns, I rewrite the law."

The being moved again.

This time—not suns, but entire galaxies shifted.

Stars scattered.Gravity warped.Space bent.

"You can break the laws. But what if I rewrite them?"

Do-hyeon moved.

Not swinging his sword—shaping the flow of the universe.

As his blade cut—the stars returned to orbit. The galaxies realigned.

Every motion of his sword was the act of restoring cosmic balance.

"Galaxies don't fall," he said."Because my sword governs the laws of existence."

At the final moment, the being did not move.

But there—a black hole formed.

Dimensions tore.Time collapsed.

It was not mere "power."

It was the very void of existence.

"This is your end. You will cease to exist."

Do-hyeon raised his sword.

To raise a sword is to fight. To fight is to prove you exist.

He stepped forward.

The law of the black hole shattered.

The black hole ceased to be.

Space reassembled. The laws of existence rewrote themselves.

This was not just victory.

"You were wrong," Do-hyeon said quietly.

"I exist. And because I exist—I fight."

The being recoiled.

Its existence quivered.

It looked at him, and spoke.

"You've crossed the laws of dimensions. But do you know… what lies at the end?"

Do-hyeon smiled.

"I do.At the end, there's a future."

His sword fell one last time.

And the war ended.

A deeper dream…

The universe was quiet.

The war was over.

Time stopped.

Dimensions steadied.

He held his sword.

But there was no one left to fight.

And then—he saw it.

The highest place.

Beyond the universe, past dimensions.

Beyond law itself.

There—stood All of the One.

He stood there—not to fight—just to watch everything.

Do-hyeon raised his sword.

But in that instant—he understood.

He lowered it.

Peace filled him.

He looked back.

He had fought. He had cut.He had crossed worlds. He had broken laws.He had proven existence.

But now—after everything crumbled—only understanding remained.

"Perhaps… no—everything in this world was created."

The first light. The void. The weavers of dimension.Every law he broke, every one he rewrote.

All of it—created.

Was that meaningless?

No.

Do-hyeon smiled.

Even so—it did not mean it was without worth.

The being before him.

It was not a god.Not a law.

It was the Witness.

The beginning and end of all.

The Creator.

Do-hyeon looked at it.

And he understood.

This was not a march toward nothingness.

This was a journey to find meaning.

"None of it was meaningless."

All of the One smiled softly.

Do-hyeon set his sword down.

His steps grew lighter.

Where he walked now was another possibility.

He no longer fought to cut gods.He no longer fought to break laws.

He walked—for himself.

For the meaning of existence.

"Good.I wasn't meaningless."

And he walked on.

Anywhere.Everywhere.

Because wherever he went—a new story would begin.

Then—

from far away—

a familiar, warm voice called to him.

"Do-hyeon-nim… no, seobangnim.""Orabeoni."

The world around him trembled.

He opened his eyes—

to find So-yeon and Wol-hee shaking him awake.

"Seobangnim, what kind of dream… could hold you so deeply?"

"…A very long dream. But one… I don't ever want to forget."

They looked at him, warmth shining in their eyes.

"You know… even in my dreams, and now in reality—you two are still dazzling."

"Oh my, Seobangnim, if you speak so sweetly… you'll have to take responsibility for it."

"Unni~ Really though… Orabeoni, did you dream of us?"

Do-hyeon nodded quietly.

There was depth in his gaze now, a quiet clarity.

"Yes. And I realized something. Any world—without you in it—means nothing."

They smiled, stepping closer to him.

The sunset painted the sky red,and a gentle wind blew.

"Haha… but tonight—I just want to enjoy this moment with you."

The sky burned red.The wind stirred. He smiled.

Not strength, but love. Not fate, but choice.

And he chose—

to live in this moment.
