Riven felt slightly dizzy, a strange warmth spreading from his chest down to his toes. His head tilted just a little before Soren was there, swift and steady, arms catching him before he could stumble further.
Soren pressed a kiss to Riven's temple, his voice low and tender, "Easy there…"
Riven frowned, embarrassed but touched. He adjusted himself, steadying his legs with a huff. "It's your fault," he grumbled, cheeks flushed as he looked away.
Soren's lips quirked into a soft smile. "Is it?"
Riven wobbled slightly again, but this time he caught himself. His pride would not allow another slip—not in front of him. "I'm using the bathroom," he muttered, smirking to cover the faint daze in his eyes as he waddled towards the bathroom.
Soren watched him go, head tilted, a trace of amusement dancing in his deep eyes. The moment the door shut, he turned away and picked up a towel, wrapping it lazily around his waist.
