Chapter 13 - CH. 11 I'm Back?, Moro ARC!

Moro Vs Buu

"You annoying blob!" Moro snarled, blasting a storm of energy into Buu's chest.

The explosion rocked the ground, a shockwave blasting outward. For a few moments, smoke obscured everything—until Buu's laughter echoed out.

His pink body stretched unnaturally, the smoke parting as he whipped Moro across the battlefield with an elongated arm.

Blair sat on her father's lap on a nearby ridge, kicking her legs excitedly. "Heehee! Look at him go! Bo's like jelly but stronger!"

Beerus flicked an ear. "It's Buu, brat. And stop bouncing, you'll spill your popcorn."

Blair froze mid-bounce, cheeks puffed in protest, before shoving a big handful into her mouth. "Mmmph—he's still winning, though!"

But as the fight dragged on, things shifted. Moro adjusted, his movements sharper, his aura swelling as he began predicting Buu's odd attacks.

When Buu's body stretched toward him again, Moro caught the tendril mid-swing and yanked hard, slamming Buu into the dirt.

Buu groaned, pulling himself together, but Moro didn't let up.

A savage kick to the head, a blast to the chest, then another, each strike more vicious than the last.

"Enough of your games," Moro spat, energy flaring as he pummeled Buu down.

From the sidelines, Goku and Vegeta stirred. Their bodies ached, their energy drained, but seeing Buu being overpowered reignited their fury.

"Looks like… he's in trouble," Goku muttered, forcing himself upright.

"Tch. Then we'll finish it," Vegeta growled, pushing to his feet.

The two Saiyans powered up as much as their weakened states allowed, rushing back into the fight beside Buu.

Moro found himself facing Vegeta and Goku Once again, Goku's relentless drive, and Vegeta's ruthless assault made an annoying combination for Moro.

The battlefield lit up again with ferocious energy, the clash escalating to its next stage.

Vegeta's fist slammed into Moro's jaw, sending the sorcerer skidding back across the cracked ground of New Planet Namek.

Dust plumed, the battlefield trembling from the sheer force. For a moment, the proud Saiyan allowed himself a smirk.

But Moro wasn't finished.

The goat-like sorcerer rose, wiping blood from his mouth with the back of his hand. His eyes gleamed with vicious intent.

"You think you've won?" he growled, his aura flaring. "You haven't even seen me try."

In the next instant, Moro's speed increased. He vanished from sight, reappearing behind Vegeta, driving a crushing elbow into his spine.

Vegeta howled, his body was collapsing forward. Moro didn't let up—kicks, punches, blasts of dark energy—each strike sharper and more ruthless than before.

Blair's golden eyes widened as she sat perched on a rocky ledge, her tail flicking back and forth with restless excitement.

"Ooooh!" she gasped. "Daddy, look! The goats actually winning now!"

Beerus, arms crossed, narrowed his eyes at the fight. "Hmph. That goat's gotten serious. Took him long enough."

Whis, standing beside them, gave a soft chuckle. "Indeed. Lord Moro's desperation has finally surfaced."

Blair puffed her cheeks, bouncing slightly where she sat. "I wanna fight him again! He's fun now!"

Beerus's ears twitched, and he shot her a glare. "Don't even think about it, brat. You've had your fun already."

She pouted but quieted, though her sparkling gaze never left the battlefield.

Vegeta, now clearly overwhelmed, attempted to counter with an attack of his own stretching his power thin to form attacks, but Moro anticipated every move.

A brutal blast sent Vegeta crashing into the dirt, smoke rising from his body.

"Pathetic," Moro spat, turning his glare toward the othe saiyan.

With slow, deliberate steps, he approached Goku. Vegeta had risen to his feet again, battered but unyielding.

"Still standing, are we?" Moro sneered. "Then let me reveal something that will crush whatever foolish hope you're clinging to."

He raised a clawed hand.

"My second wish… was to release every prisoner in the Galactic Patrol prison."

The ground trembled. Across the sky, streaks of energy shot downward—prisoners, hundreds of them, descending like a rain of demons.

The battered landscape shook as they landed, snarling and grinning with bloodlust. Moro's aura flared, bathing them in his sinister energy.

Their bodies swelled, power spiking unnaturally.

"Kill them," Moro ordered.

The prisoners roared, charging straight at the two Saiyans.

But Goku and Vegeta weren't fazed.

Super Saiyan Blue auras erupted around them, and in a flash, they tore through the mob. Prisoners flew left and right, pummeled and broken.

No matter how many came, Goku and Vegeta outmatched them easily, their strikes precise, their power overwhelming.

Blair giggled, tail curling in excitement. "Heehee! They're mowing them down like weeds!"

Beerus smirked faintly. "As they should."

But Moro wasn't finished.

As the last prisoner fell, the sorcerer extended his hands to the ground. The land withered further, the very air growing heavy. Goku and Vegeta staggered as their energy drained away, stolen once more.

Their glowing blue forms flickered—first reverting to Super Saiyan God, then collapsing entirely back into their base states.

Goku's chest heaved. "Damn… not again—!"

Vegeta gritted his teeth, fury flashing in his eyes.

Moro laughed, dark and triumphant. "You never learn. This planet… and you… all mine to devour."

Desperation set in.

"Goku!" Jaco shouted from the sidelines, panicked. "Get us out of here!"

Goku clenched his fist, nodding. "Instant Transmission… I'll take everyone."

But Vegeta stepped forward, glaring at Moro with defiance. "Not me."

"What?!" Goku snapped.

"I'll find my own way," Vegeta barked. "I don't need your help. Not with those weird techniques."

Before Goku could argue, Vegeta blasted off, hijacking a Galactic Patrol ship with a agent still in it and rocketing into space.

"Tch… Vegeta is always stubbern…" Goku muttered. But he had no time. He grabbed Jaco and Merus, focusing his energy. In a flash, they vanished, reappearing safely at Galactic Patrol HQ.

Meanwhile, Blair had grown restless. She tugged lightly on Beerus's arm.

"Daddy… can't I go fight too? Just a little bit?"

"No." Beerus's response was flat and immediate.

She puffed out her cheeks dramatically, crossing her arms. "Hmph! You're no fun."

Beerus's tail flicked. "Fun isn't worth your hide getting torn apart. Stay put."

Whis chuckled softly, tilting his head. "My, my. She certainly takes after you, Lord Beerus—restless, battle-hungry, 'but without the battle' Whis thought, and just a little mischievous."

Blair stuck out her tongue at Whis but couldn't hide her grin.

Vegeta's ship roared across the stars, destination: Yardrat. He had only one thought: overcoming Moros magic and defeating Moro his own way.

Yardrat

Upon landing, the Yardratians greeted him warmly, recognizing the Saiyan from Goku's stories. They spoke of Goku's time with them, of the miraculous techniques he'd learned.

Vegeta scowled. "Enough chatter. Teach me what I need."

The Yardrat elder nodded. "Spirit Control… the key to all we are. If you would learn, you must master yourself first."

Vegeta gritted his teeth but followed, determined.

Galactic Patrol HQ

Goku paced, frustration etched on his face. "Moro's just getting stronger and stronger… this is bad."

Merus placed a hand on his shoulder. "Calm yourself. Power without discipline is meaningless. If you wish to surpass him, you must train differently."

"Then spar with me," Goku said immediately, his eyes blazing.

Merus hesitated, then smiled faintly. "Very well. But not here."

He walked them to a vast training facility. Goku launched into the fight, powering up all the way to Super Saiyan 3. Yet no matter what he tried, Merus evaded gracefully, not a single strike landing.

Panting, Goku dropped his guard. "I… can't touch you. Merus, please… train me."

Merus's eyes softened. "I know a place."

Back on Beerus's world, Blair had been training under Whis. She darted across the grass, her tiny fists striking at illusions, her tail snapping like a whip. Sweat beaded her forehead, but her grin never faded.

"Faster, Blair," Whis encouraged. "Keep your focus."

She panted but pushed harder, sparks of godly energy shimmering around her small frame.

From the sidelines, Beerus watched, feigning disinterest but unable to hide the proud flick of his ears and slient sway of his tail.

Later that night, Blair curled up in Beerus's lap, utterly exhausted. Her tiny breaths were steady, her golden eyes closed as she purred softly in her sleep. Beerus draped his tail around her protectively, his gaze soft.

"…troublemaker," he muttered, though his lips twitched into the faintest smile.

Whis chuckled quietly.

Time passed.

On Earth, Piccolo, Krillin, and the others prepared for Moro's inevitable advance. Jaco relayed grim news, New Namek destroyed.

Worse, rumors of a terrifying prisoner—Android 7-3, capable of copying others' abilities by seizing their necks.

Soon enough, trouble arrived.

Three figures descended upon Kami's Lookout: Android 7-3, Shimorekka, and Yunba.

"Here we go," Piccolo muttered, stepping forward.

Android 7-3 lunged, his hand clamping onto Piccolo's neck. Power surged into him, and instantly he mirrored Piccolo's techniques. Their clash was fierce, but Piccolo was quickly overwhelmed as Android 7-3 has infinite stamina.

Blair, hidden atop a cliff far from Beerus's watchful eyes, giggled softly. "Heehee… Daddy would be sooo mad if he knew I snuck out! But I just can't miss this!"

Her golden eyes gleamed, tail swishing eagerly as she watched the battle.

Just as Piccolo was faltering, a streak of silver energy cut through the sky. Gohan arrived, blasting 7-3 away and taking his place.

"Dad and Vegeta aren't here. I'll handle this," he said firmly.

Gohan dominated the fight, but 7-3 suddenly shifted, his stolen power fading and switching to a saved version of Moro's. With a sinister grin, he absorbed the energy of Gohan, Krillin, Piccolo, and even Jaco.

Piccolo gritted his teeth. "Even if you kill us, You will face Goku and Vegeta again. And when they return… they'll be stronger than ever."

Hearing this through telepathy, Moro commanded his goons to retreat.

"We'll return in twenty days," Shimorekka snarled.

Jaco, sweating bullets, managed to bargain them up to two months by lying about the planets technological level.

News spread quickly. Two months—precious time.

Unknown

Goku and Merus trained relentlessly in a special chamber where one day equaled three. There, Merus began teaching him the essence of Ultra Instinct, pushing him beyond limits.

Yardrat

Meanwhile, Vegeta continued his Spirit Control training on Yardrat. When Moro's scouting forces arrived, Vegeta crushed them, learning Earth was the next target.

Though he didn't know the exact time, he trained relentlessly, honing the one ability he believed could end Moro.

Unknown

After a while of training nearing the dealine of 2 months, when Merus pressed too hard, about to unleash his full strength against Goku, Whis teleported them out of the chamber, halting them.

"Enough," Whis warned. "Merus if you fight at full power, you risk erasing yourself. That is the one law angels cannot break."

Goku froze, realizing the stakes.

Back On Earth, 2 Months Finally Pass

The Z-Fighters regrouped.

With Krillin, Piccolo, Tien, Master Roshi, and Gohan all prepared for war.

And on a distant cliff, Blair crouched, grinning mischievously. Her tail swayed like a metronome, her eyes glued to the horizon.

"Daddy won't notice if I leave again and just… watch a little…" she muttered to herself, excitement bubbling in her chest.

Her ears twitched as the sky darkened.

The three goons returned—Android 7-3, Shimorekka, and Yunba. And this time, 7-3 was invisible sneaking up on the Z-Fighters, appearing behind Gohan and Piccolo without being noticed.

Blair's sharp eyes widened as felt someone sneaking up on Piccolo and Gohan—

Both Gohan and Piccolo were grabbed from behind, 7-3's hands clamping onto their necks, power flooding into him.

The battle for Earth was about to begin.
