Third Person's POV.
After their shower, Percy had made sure Gemini was warm and comfortable. He pulled soft pajamas onto Gemini and dressed himself the same. They settled onto the big bed, and Percy held Gemini close. It felt good and safe. The city lights twinkled far below, like scattered jewels. The bedroom was dark and peaceful.
"Feeling better?" Percy whispered, his voice deep and close to Gemini's ear.
Gemini sighed, a deep, shuddering release of lingering tension. "Much better, Percy. Thank you for everything." He turned his head to look at him as Percy kissed the soft spot on his shoulder.
Percy squeezed him tight, then moved a little. "Okay, now for the boring part of my life. I actually have some urgent emails I need to tackle before the Geneva office wakes up. Can you try to sleep?" He kissed Gemini's lips and forehead. "Good night, Bunny."
He eased himself off the bed, gathering his laptop from the bedside table. As he started toward the door, he glanced back to check on Gemini.
Gemini was lying under the warm blanket, but his eyes were wide open. They weren't tired; they were staring at Percy, full of a deep, longing feeling that had been building up for a while. Percy stopped right beside the door. He felt the strong pull in his own chest.
"Gemini," he said, his voice dropping low and rough, just a quiet whisper that barely reached the bed. "If you look at me like that, I might do something we can't take back tonight."
Gemini just watched Percy's mouth. He hesitated, then bit his own lip very slowly.
"Maybe," Gemini answered, his voice shaky and soft, "maybe I want you to do something we can't take back."
Percy's control broke completely. He dropped the laptop back onto the table with a quiet thump as he rushed across the room. He didn't say another word. He just lowered himself back onto the bed.
Their mouths met, fast and hungry, like they were finally breathing again after a year underwater. It was the moment they stopped missing each other and started having each other again.
Gemini's hands grabbed hard onto the hair at the back of Percy's head, pulling him down, closer, and deeper. Everything felt intense: Percy's familiar smell, the soft feel of his clothes, the strong, dizzying feeling that this place, this man, was home.
They moved together, slowly at first, then faster, with an intoxicating need to feel one another. Every touch was like talking without words, and every kiss was a promise that they were done with denying their feelings and being apart.
"Are you with me?" Percy breathed out, his voice shaking with strong emotions.
"Always," Gemini replied, the single word a sacred promise.
Percy started to move, slow and careful at first. It built up, going from a gentle touch to a fast rhythm. It was a beautiful dance of feeling, an exchange where every strong motion was met with a soft answer. They moved together like long-lost halves, their bodies remembering a path of shared joy and deep love.
The room around them disappeared. The soft lamp light became a blur of color. The only sounds were their hard breathing, the gentle rub of skin, and the strong, fast beat of their hearts beating as one. The pleasure grew, but it was held steady by the huge wave of feeling between them—a river of emotion that carried them far past just the physical touch.
When the final moment came, it was a massive crash of feeling. It was a joyful scream, a sudden wave of pure, absolute togetherness. They held onto each other, breathless and completely overwhelmed, sinking back onto the soft bed. They were no longer two separate people, but one whole being, and forever changed.
Afterward, as their hearts slowed down and the strong rush faded away, Percy moved slightly. He pulled the thick blanket over them. He nestled Gemini close, his arms strong and protective around his waist, burying his face into Gemini's neck.
"We definitely can't take that back," Percy whispered against Gemini's skin. It wasn't a warning anymore; it was a proud statement of winning.
"I know, and I don't want to," Gemini whispered back, tilting his head to softly kiss the top of Percy's. They were happy, tired, and completely at peace. The night was long, and thinking about tomorrow could wait. For now, there was only the comfortable weight of Percy's body, the steady beat of his heart against his back, and the simple knowledge that everything they had both wished for had finally, beautifully, come true.
