Falcon's Assignment
Jeet wished to know what Falcon was investigating. This was his top priority. It got him killed. Sumeet most probably put him on the case. He was dead too. Could there be a link? Was this not about the throne at all?
Nope his gut feeling told him Sumeet was a casualty to the war for throne. Kunal too. But this Falcon business was serious. And he has to be careful. He was the one who started this case so he cannot ask exactly what it was. He toiled day and night to crack the codes in diary. Viru and Zeeshu were his partner in that.
Digging up past was not easy but his only option.
"These numbers are certainly army units", said Viru pointing to a few.
" They could be file numbers related to cases", quipped Zeeshu.
" Get Walia and adk if there are any cases related to these numbers even in army", he said.
" On it", said Zeeshu.
" I asked Dom to help", said Viru. " But remember you gave the case to Falcon ".
Jeet nodded.
Meanwhile
" B* tch are you sure she used props from movie industry ", Kash asked to Rash.
" Certainly her mother was a B grade movie star. Someone provided it", said Rash.
" But Sheetal never left the place", said Chi Chi
" That's right babes", said Rash. " She had an associate. And we need to find her".
" You sure she is a girl", asked Kash.
" A girl or a gay man. She looked perfect while escaping minus the purse of course. A straight man cannot be that accurate".
" It's still like searching needle in hay", said Kash.
" I take my chances", she said.
" Can we lose the security. That big giant of your bodyguard will scare the art people away", Kash said to Chanchal.
Manya heard but snorted.
" It's dangerous Diva", she said.
" This dress looks pretty old. I guess it was used in a crime drama", said a designer's assistant. " On an extra. Not a big brand. You know we hire small time designers to help".
" Yes", said Kash. " Can you help us find".
" I umm. Is like digging up past. A bit hard".
Rash put a wad of cash in her pocket.
" Still hard", she raised a brow.
" What is all about this", she asked. " Is police involved "?
" She stole my diamonds and ran away", quipped Chanchal.
" And she is Dragon's wife. That one goon", whispered Rash pointing to Manya.
Dragon's name was enough. The girl searched frantically.
" Umm right stage name Aahna some low level weaver girl ", she said. " Here her ID", she got from her computer.
The photograph was small and a bit simple and plain.
" Nothing remarkable about her", said Rash.
" No datrling this is extraordinary ", said Kash.
" Extraordinary ", Rash raised a brow.
" Yes this is a diguise. This Aahna I am sure it's a fake name is a master of diguise. This is a perfect make up to look plain. Umm you have a cctv here", he asked.
" Now we do not at that time" Said the girl.
" Doesn't matter", said Kash. " Get videos of her from back then. You know cameras catch behind the scenes".
" I will try", she said.
" Give me her cell number registered here", he said.
The girl gave him a number.
" Let's see what we can get" , he said to Rash. They returned.
Meanwhile
" Yes it is him", said Zeenat coughing.
" Bhimrao Savarkar", mused Shaun.
" I told Dragon I didn't know his name but he was with that fake Dragon who came to our house with others", she said.
" Did he killed Kunal", asked Shaun.
Zeenat cried but shook her head.
" It was the one posing as Dragon ", she said. " He said it was for Malti".
" Hmmm", said Shaun.
False operation he was clear now.
Jeet earlier thought Sumeet could have intervened as Dragon on Malti's behalf but now Shaun was clear he didn't.
First, Sumeet would never go as Dragon but himself.
Second, Sumeet would not be fool enough to cover his face and show Savarkar's if this was a coveted operation.
In the eyes of world Sumeet was Dragon so no need to hide.
And third and most important thing :-
He would show it to the world how bhe killed his sister's murderer and not let her free and kill Kunal just out of spite.
For this other person killing Kunal was more important than killing Zeenat..
Removing an heir..
" Why didn't they harm Sammy", he mused out loud.
" Because Kunal and I let Muskan escape with him from the back door. He had spotted someone in the market that day and was in a panic. He made Muskan and Sam leave immediately and we stayed back", she said.
" So they never knew of him", he said.
That makes sense he thought.
" Rest", he said it.
" I want to meet Father D' mello from the church in Daman before I die. I want to confess my sins to the Lord and ask for forgiveness ", she pleaded Shaun.
" I don't promise but I'll try", he replied.
At Jeet's office
" Sir this is Punith Savarkar", introduced Guru. " Your new bodyguard ".
Jeet understood.
" Mr. Savarkar ", he filpped through his resume. Then asked,
" Hmm mother dead, father and sister. You have to work odd hours for me lad. Will they mind"?
" My sister lives in a hostel. She won't bmind", he replied.
" And what about your father", asked Jeet.
He paused for a moment then replied truthfully,
" He has been missing since last five years ".
" Missing ", Jeet raised a brow.
" One evening he left for work and never came back", he said.
" Where does he work", asked Jeet.
The boy paused again then sighed and replied,
" With SS enterprises. Sumeet Singhania".
Jeet did not reply. He just stared at Punith. The latter stood quietly.
" I don't judge you based on his job", said Jeet at last.
" Our mother died young. We were poor. My baba brought up myself and my sister. He never remarried. Irrespective of what our circumstances forced him to do he was a good man sir", he said.
" Get me the details. I will help in finding him", said Jeet.
" Thank you sir", said the lad. He saluted Jeet.
" You start your workbfrom tomorrow. Morning 8 A. M reporting ", said Guru.
" Yes sir", the lad saluted again. Then he left.
" What do you say", asked Guru.
" He doesn't have an idea. He is unaware of his father's whereabouts", said Jeet.
" We are keeping an eye on his sister. She studies medical at Pune", said Guru.
" She is not needed now. Get information from him but keep an eye on her", replied Jeet.
" Shaun called. Zeenat recognised Savarkar. And.. ", Guru halted.
" And", Jeet raised a brow.
" She wish to meet someone named Father D'mello to confess her sins".
Jeet thought for some time.
" Send Josef to get the priest. Probably she'll tell him something she hid from us", he said.
" Yes Sir", said Guru.
" Here are files of army cases you wished for", said Guru.
Then he left.
" I will dig up the past Sumeet and find this monster who took you away from him. Then no one can save him from me", vowed Jeet.
Dragon declared a war....
