The girl was so furious at the pervert that she decided to unleash the gods' wrath right then and there.
She had encountered many perverts before, but this one was different he is bolder, stranger, and so shamelessly obvious that it made her blood boil.
For Jeff being slapped across the face wasn't exactly pleasant. He could have dodged it easily, but for some reason, his instincts didn't react there was no sense of danger from her attack so thats why he didnt reacted that much.
