"I'm curious... Have you ever wanted to be my father, or did you only become one because our circumstances forced you into it?"
It was a question she had been dying to ask even before she came back to the Demon Realm. It was just that she never really expected that an opportunity would arise when he seemed completely honest.
Still, it took a bit longer than usual for him to answer the question. Was he thinking, or was he hesitating? She didn't know, but she waited long enough to find out.
"I suppose, deep down, I've always wondered what it was like to care for someone other than myself. I've bedded many women, and had many children. Most of my children had died because of some circumstances, but the few that had lived, they had made me proud."
