She stared at him for a moment, then let out a sigh.
"Your true identity? Why would that matter? You exist, so keep existing."
Rael rolled his eyes. "What if someone made me, though, and installed some kind of purpose? I don't want to be anyone's pawn, so I'd like to find out whatever it is before I get, well, you know, killed?"
Tiamat pondered over it, her brows furrowing slightly.
Truth be told, she had already foreseen something like this happening. She had realized just how strange of an existence Rael was from the moment he stepped through her door. It was just that she didn't want to admit it.
After all, beings like this, who already had all the power in the universe but were practically sealed, were the biggest pieces of danger attraction in the entire universe. If she so much as said the wrong word and accidentally awakened his powers, her peace would vanish.
