Rael approached Alcetas, who was simply lying on the ground with a smile.
Did I hit him too hard?
That didn't seem to be the case, as moments later, Alcetas vanished into smoke and reappeared right beside Rael.
He seemed unscathed, but the amusement on his face was slightly concerning.
"Are you a masochist?" Rael couldn't help but ask.
However, Alcetas completely ignored him and posed a question of his own.
"How much do you know about us? Or rather, our goal here?"
"Hmm... I'm pretty lost on your goal. You came here to find the man who escaped an unknown realm, then you switched to wanting to find the Depths. And now... I'm really not sure," Rael replied flatly. "That Shadow Creation machine, what is it really?"
It seemed like Alcetas was in a jolly mood, since he decided to answer, even if vaguely.
