The chatter finally died down, and the moment it did, a loud clap resounded.
Solenne scanned the room for a few moments, and their gaze eventually locked onto a few people, one of whom was Rael himself.
"Vice-Captains, Captains, Commanders, and all else, step forward," Solenne commanded.
A few people stepped forward. The pressure they were giving off was immense, but it was nowhere near as intense as that of the Five Seats and the two shadows.
Since Rael currently inhabited a Vice-Captain's body, he stepped forward as well, arriving behind the Five Seats and kneeling.
"Good." Solenne nodded. "This is more of a delicate matter, I believe... recently, an Outer entered our universe. They came out of nowhere, almost as if from another dimension. They're the first ever Outer to not come from another universe."
The Second Seat's brows furrowed. "So what does that mean then? Is there another realm aside from those that already exist?"
